Well i was working a while ago on new Sarah Kerrigan Ghost.
But i have big rigging problems because the M3 Export/Import tools are bugged as hell
I hope blizzard release some tools.
Complete Model is edited of Nova, Total reskin new face. 2 shoulder pads new sniper But i think its a waste of time since animations does very very strange things with the model
I Know lol :) But adding more emissive power to a Objects is no solution for me it looks pretty ugly. I Think im just going to add some Custom Planes on it.
And test a little bit with the unit how it points out.
Yea ok if the M3 Tools are not working yet for Importing. How about making brand new particles and export?
My main problem is that i dont even know were sc2 particles are made from. I can make Particles with 3ds but how it works with Starcraft 2 :P
Hey Guys, Searched the interwwebs for a long time how to create Particle Effects for Starcraft 2.
As you seen in a other topic i fixed the Protos Zealot with blades but the Particles Effects & Dreads "Hair" Wont show up.
Is there any information in the community how the Particles Works in Starcraft 2.
When i check out the Original Models all Particles are Included wich is not in my Custom Model.
It Seems the Particle Effects are included in the model
Works like a Charm now, M3 Exporter is Bugged. It wont Export Animations. But used the old one.
Only problem is he wont have Dreads spawned on his head and no Electric "Particle" Effects on his blades.
Anyone know how to fix that or any documentation how it works in SC2 Editor?
Awesome :D I was thinking about a Zombie Driving Game :D Killing zombies while powersliding in a corner an smack all brains out of the infested terran :D

Hmm Thats bad, Why dindt blizzard released Exporting Tools..
Anyways Hope the M3 Tools will be fixed later on :( so much of my good work will be postponed for a while :(

Here is a Shot i made for some ppl that had "Texture Issues", These are no issues but you have to name the right Path
If you have also Texture Issues, No Textures on the Models. Check image below or the link http://forums.sc2mapster.com/development/artist-tavern/7571-texture-issues/#p3

You can extract the models from the Editor but i rather extract everything from the *.SCAssets "These are just MPQ Files"
If you got 3ds go download http://www.sc2mapster.com/assets/m3-export-plugin-3ds-max/ You can Import & Export Models With or without Animations.
These are the plugins you just need.
