Great News, Anyways I think some problems arent that annoying so far i have no problems with the M3 exporting tools works perfectly.
Only thing what is annoying is sometimes the Normal gives a flipped normal but can be easily fixed by adding new object and attach it.
Yea but still the Exporter does not support Particles & Ribbons.
And I did some research and comes out the Cloak animation/effect how you guys wanto call it. are Particles & Ribbon Effects

Grey? Colorblind?
He never had a gunarm before. Only when he was hitted by a Hydralisk, Anyways. Iam not planning to release him with a robot arm for a while.
I need better exporting tools and more support of Blizzard before we can o awesome stuff
Sorry Iam not supporting Scripts for units because everyone uses there own scripts and weapon damages etc etc.
@Mienk: I took the colors of his portrait and textured with those colors. He also uses very dark brown / black camoflage but it looks wierd when i put it on the texture to.
I think its because his settings are on low so no particle effects.
@dgh64: And yes the editor is bugged as hell :( sometimes it works sometimes not.
There is already a Kerrigan 3d Portrait ingame but must be loaded from a map with liberty campaign on so far i know
be sure DDS.8bi is in the folder: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Plug-ins\File Formats
You only need DDS.8bi for opening the DDS Formats but why not exporting TGA? The starcraft 2 editor will import TGA to and auto compress it to DDS.
Thats best way to do. its more crossplatform friendly + the compression that starcraft 2 editor uses is great to.

I like the ZERG Crypt Lord, it fits perfect. I think the head needs some work and the texture at the legs needs work.
The Harbringer feels bit strange

If kerrigan becomes Cloaked she becomes red or the house color.
This problem cannot be fixed right now because the effect is an particle effect. And is not supported by the exporter :(
Iam still trying to find an altenative but still not have one thats good.
