- Build scarab has his hotkey changed from B to R
- The high Templar has his attack button chaneged to a scan move
- Swarm Guardian attack speed has been increased from 1.5 to 1.75
- Swarm guardian movement speed has been decreased from 2 to 1.75
- Matriach has his movement speed increased from 2 to 3
- Kerrigan has her size decreased from 1 to 0.9
- Recharge Shield now has his effect increased from 10 to 35
- Ultralisk has his size redused from 1 to 0.9
- Torrasque has his size increased from 0.8 to 0.9
- Cracklings have there speed increased from 2.9 to 3.5
- Mind control has his range decreased from 12 to 10
- Beam out skill has been split into 3 versions
    - Beam out ground unit (cost 50 points, 5 sec cast)
    - Beam out air unit (cost 25 points, 5 sec cast)
    - Beam out observer/overlord (cost 0 points, 5 sec ccast)
- Beam out has an interupt effect added. getting attacked while casting will stun the casting unit and all friendly units in a 2 range. (can set off a chain effect)
- Beam out skill wil now be free if the player has 0 points to spend.
- Added an emergency observer. the cost is variable depended on howmany unit you have in the field.
