Main changes ===

- Range of "use spidermines" lowered from 3 to 1.5
- Added a cost of 20 energy to Hallucination.
- Plague, Ensnare, storm and the EMP now kill Hallucinations on hit.
- Lurker Health is lowered from 200 to 125. also now spawned burrowed.
- Disruption Web has now a cool dark blue colour instead of green.
- Plague now has a hotkey P
- Dark Swarm now has a hotkey D
- Plague has now a Red model on top of the unit.
- Ensnare has a green brown model on top of the unit head.
- Restoration has a ring effect around the unit its applied
- Guardian attack speed has its attack speed lowered from 1 to 1.5
- Psi Storm will now do 15 dmg a tick for 7 ticks over 3.5 sec (105 dmg total)
- Infested Terran has his walk speed upgraded from 1.25 to 2
- Dark Archon energy regen has been lowered from 1.5 to 0.5625
- Dark Archon sight range is increased from 9 to 12
- Mind control has his hotkey changed to C
- Mind control has his range increased from 10 to 12
- Maelstorm has his hotkey changed to E
- Maelstorm has his range increased from 9 to 11
- Feedback has his range increased from 9 to 11
- Consume has his hotkey changed from C to O
- Recharge Shield now reveals the map for 10 game seconds for the whole team.
- Recharge Shield now heals all the units of your team.
- Build Scarabs has his hotkey added to B
- Reaver Sight range has been increased from 8 to 10
- Reaver attack range has been increased from 6 to 8
- Scarab lowest dmg Splash range has been increased from 1 to 1.75
- Scarab will now do normal dmg to buildings.
- Scarab movement speed is increased from 7 to 8
- Scarab reload time has been decreased from 2 to 2.5
- Tosh has his health regeneration increased from 0 to 0.3
- Ultralisk will no longer do any splash dmg
- Ultralisk attack speed has been lowered from 1 to 1.2

- increasing the mind control to 5 targets at the same time.

- add a Respawn block fro the duration of the recharge shield
