Captured and Rendered. Being uploaded to Youtube. Will update post when finished. I wish I could actually do the whole cut scene cause I like the part after the crash! :p
Update: Youtube is slacking off or something. It is still showing that it is processing the video and that it i not Live yet. Not sure what is going on cause even the other videos I have uploaded tonight are till processing for better quality.
Ok so after deleting it and reuploading it Youtube finally got through the original processing so you can kind of see it now. Finished fulling processing it so you can watch it in 1080p quality. Enjoy!
It doesn't meets the contest requirements so i'm going to cut it and improve it, i will post the link my official submission down here, here's the longer version (so bad i have to cut it :'().
OK, I think I got all the videos rendered and uploaded for those that have requested it. Please let me know if I have missed you or if you don't like something about the video I have uploaded for you. After seeing all these inspirational cut scenes I might see about making my own. ;)
I'd like to participate in this , got my map almost ready but I still have 2 big problems :
I don't have any sc2mapster image for the loading screen , and I would really appreciate one
My camera is a little buggy. By exploring a bit through the options I managed to zoom it close to where I want the action to happen , but I'm not satisfied with it.I'd want it to move during the action , while zooming in and out.
I guess my project will remain unfinished (it's not that interesting anyway , 2 marines casually chatting after nailing a zergling , then killed by an unborrowed hydralisk which assisted to the scene , which then maniacally laughs at their bodies. All this happening in a forest)
Ugh. I'm having troubles with my map >.> My computer is too slow to be able to accurately play the cinematic at the correct pace, so I have no idea how long it actually is. Because of this, I'm going to "give up" and turn in what I have. I was going to add a scene with a Thor vs an Ultralisk, but play-testing was getting out of hand because of lag D:
Anyways, I need someone to record it. It ends after the SC2 Mapster logo fades away. It might be a minute, judging by the timed triggers I used. If it's over a minute, it's probably the logo that pushes it over :P Would it be acceptable if having the Logo in the map itself pushed the video over by a few seconds?
Captured and being rendered as I type this. Will update post once I have uploaded it to Youtube. Also with what you have right now the video was already 1:06.
Finished uploading to Youtube and fully processed. You can watch this at 1080p now.
@mrm3fan:

If you really want to capture the whole cut scene you are free to do it too, it just won't be a valid contest submission that's it :)
Thanks for uploading the videos, I really appreciate!

To embed a video you want to type the following into your post window:
where VideoID is whatever follows the "watch?v=" portion of your link. So in your case you would do the following:
It works nicely, thanks ;).

You can also just change wikicreole to markdown and use the normal embed code. Your way is probably better though.

Thanks a lot man! Well done, the timing is perfect!
Can some awesome person fraps and upload my cinematic? Sadly, my computer can't handle above low graphics settings =(.

Uploaded and fully processed. I may be a bit bias since I made a tutorial for a unit that is in this Cut Scene but I like this one. :p

Thank you, mrm3fan ^_^
I figured as much. The last Real-Time trigger I used was at 52 seconds, and I took my sweet time getting to the logo. I hope it's acceptable :D
I hope it didn't turn out too stupid. The AI acts differently every time I ran tests, which really sucked.
