Then again if we can branch off from the Final Fantasy franchise and go with what Square Enix had released before, I wouldn't mind a total easter egg like Chrono or Toad from Chrono Trigger lol. A side quest revolving Chrono travelling through time and some how hit a new dimension. You have to repair his Wing of Time/Epoch (Ship) somehow to unlock him.

I am just saying this randomly, so ignore it: Leader Bonus - Slightly faster ATB guage charging, not as great as haste.
