Im facing a problem i cant seem to solve. Ive imported some WoW Models into my map, and when i use any spell or attack that uses a missile on a unit which has a wow model, the missile doesnt follow the unit and its hitting the ground, not the unit. when i use missile spells on units that have normal sc2 models, they hit and follow correctly.
So the problem is probably due to a missing attachment point on all wow models?! Does anyone know how to fix that issue? can i change the missile impact location to an attachment point that exists on all models?
I'm having this issue with the Destructible Tree, anyone have any tutorials or suggestions? The impact location attachment does seem to change anything
The not following unit problem is that your unit won't have a mover, you will need to give it one say the "banshee missile mover" so that it traces its target and follows it.
As for the target point, I'm sorry I'm not much help to you there :)
I believe I've actually narrowed my issue down to the model itself. Thats the really odd thing, I never thought actors or models had anything to do with this, but sure enough, if I have my model be a marine, it will hit normally, but if I change the model (and only the model) to the Haven tree, it hits it only at the ground...
