* MECHANICS *
=============
* Terrain -
	New Jungle Terrain, includes more pathing blockers and LoS blockers

* Jungle -
	Added a new relic to help Jungelers Early Game
	For the first few minutes of the game jungle mobs will channel/cast their abilities, making jungeling easier at the start.
	We have plans to add many many more jungle mob fight features that unlock as the game progresses. These ideas are still in development.

* Hero Attributes -
	Spell Attributes are too complicated, we will be taking steps to make them easier to understand in upcoming patches.
	Spell Chaos has been removed
	Clear Casting has been replaced with direct cooldown reduction (this change is not final)
	Removed Relic of Restoration

* Base Guardians -
	Killing a base guardian gives a significant Vespene bounty

=============
* HEROES *
=============
* Phantom -
	Slightly increased the radius of Phase Hook without the talent.

* ChronoLord - (Generally nerfed him late game, buffed him early game)
	The Noob Friendly build for the ChronoLord will now build him as an Autoattack hero instead of a nuker.
	Ability Changes-
		Time Distortion time granted reduced by .5 seconds.
		Clones respawn 100% slower.
	Talent Changes-
		Time Distortion is already learned at level 1
		New Talent: Distorted Weapons: The ChronoLord can Autoattack while using Time Distortion.
			Requires: Time Distortion	Excludes: Time Accelerator
		New Talent: Time Stabilizer: The ChronoLord can move while using Time Distortion.
			Requires: Distorted Weapons
		New Talent: Time Accelerator: When the ChronoLord self-casts Time Distortion it grants 50% more time.
			Requires: Time Distortion	Excludes: Time Accelerator
		New Talent: Double Acceleration: Time Distortion occurs twice as quickly when used on an ally (Allies still get 100% of the benefit, they are just stunned half as long)
			Requires: Time Accelerator
		New Talent: Double ChronoCapacitors: Time distortion can be used to quicken the casting speed of another ability on an Ally. Such as Warp Jump.
			Requires: Double Acceleration OR Time Stabilizer	Excludes: Warp Distortion
		New Talent: Warp Distortion: Allows the ChronoLord to self-cast Time Distortion while stunned or silenced.

		"ChronoRecall: When the Chronolord takes near fatal damage, he teleports backwards in time 20 seconds. 90 second cool down.
			Added a visual effect over the ChronoLord while ChronoRecall is off cooldown.
			Upon Activation, the Chronolord becomes invulnerable for .5 seconds, during which a fading visual effect occurs.
			This talent's activation will be alot more obvious, so players wont be confused when it activates.
		"Time Distortion: Causes the target unit to experience 5 seconds of time over .75 seconds. During this time the unit cannot preform any actions. Can be instantly self-casted with a seperate hotkey.

* Thunder Lord -
	Reduced the time before Polarity Shift explodes by a short duration.
	Reduced the duration between the placement of Repulsing field and when it starts to affect enemies.
	Reduced the casting time of Electron Wall.

* Nothing Lord -
	Fixed a bug where Void Zone was slowing too much.
	Void Zone only makes allied units ignore collision
	More builds incoming for this hero. More Details Soon.

=============
* SCALEING *
=============
* Level Scaleing -
	Hero and base levels are no longer separate, if your hero is level 10 then your base is also level 10.
	To compensate the required base level for free minion upgrades has been scaled up.
	* Hero Level Stat Multiplier scales differently -
		the HLSM is just the number we scale a hero's base stats by, to come up with their base life and base damage at each level.
		Levels 1-25 will have a HLSM determined by 1.05^(HeroLevel*.375). (was previously 1.2^(HeroLevel*.375))
		Levels 26+ will have a HLSM that increases much more quickly. (1.05^(25*.375))*(2.5^((HeroLevel-25)*.375))

		In Plain English. Previously your heros stats would increase by a factor of 1.2 every ~2.5 Levels.
		Now your heros stats increase by a factor of 1.05 every ~2.5 levels, until level 25. After Level 25 stats increase by a factor of 2.5 every ~2.5 levels.

		What this change accomplishes is it greatly reduces the snowball effect for the first 20 min of the game, then amplify's it, creating a sort of "Sudden Death"
