Ability Changes:
Curse of Shadow: Heavily Reworked.
New Description: Places a curse of a target. The Phantom's autoattacks against the cursed target deal additional spell damage. When the target with the curse dies, the curse jumps to a new target.
Phase Hook:
Slightly increased the speed of the hook without the speed talent.
Removed Shadow Step
Talent Changes:
The Widened Hook and additional Target count have been combined in to one talent, "Templar Throw"
Double Hook now requires Dynamic Hook OR Templar Throw, Allowing Phantoms using either build to get Double Hook
New Talent: Soul Reaping: <PASSIVE> Whenever the phantom steals life with an ability that damage is added to his next autoattack
Excludes: Shadow Dance
New Talent: Soul Shield: <PASSIVE> Damage while under 50% life activates a shield that grants 500 Endurance. (60 second cooldown)
Requires: Soul Reaping
New Talent: Soul Disperse: <PASSIVE> Heals 50% of the phantom's missile life when he kills a hero or jungle mob.

New Talent: Soul Stealing: <PASSIVE> +25% Life Steal

New Talent: Shadow Dance: <PASSIVE> Every 4 autoattacks grant the Phantom +100% attackspeed for the next 2 autoattacks.

New Talent: Shadow Step: <PASSIVE> If the Phantom, does not take damage, attack or use abilities for 8 seconds he becomes invisible.
Requires: Shadow Dance
New Talent: Shadow Energies: <PASSIVE> Restores the Phantom's energy and resets cooldowns of all abilities (except Psionic Frenzy) when the Phantom kills a Hero or jungle mob.
