I do all kinds of different kitbashes and retextures.
I am currently struggling with burnout and I am learning to live in some healthy balance. That means I will not release models very often, but sometimes I will make some when I feel like it. So I guess you could consider me semi-retired ? Anyway, I am not doing any requests for the moment, until my mind is healed, which might take a long time. So please do not ask any requests of me, no exceptions (Asking for a fix if model is broken is not a problem). But I still want to do at least some models and share them with you. Hopefully you will find some of them useful :)

I would also love to continue making story maps that would include my own models (But that's probably only a dream now. I have very little time and energy for that).
And last but not least, I'd really love to do more commander concepts with videos, because people seem to love those, of course those would require additional models and lot of them. Original credits go to Activision Blizzard and their respective authors. Most of my stuff is made from their models, textures and voicelines, which means, don't use my assets for any commercial purposes. Otherwise you are free to use my models as you want including edits. Crediting is not necessary as long as you don't claim the model as your own. For edited models, I'd like to be credited as original author.

Hey Dave, loving your models. I'm currently using the Nerazim Tempest model for my project, https://www.sc2mapster.com/projects/davespectres-assets/files/2696891 and it's looking great! I would like to report a bug, though.
It seems that sometimes, the green lines behind the Tempest as it moves do not always go away. It seems very inconsistent, though. Sometimes, the lines appear and dissapear quickly, and sometimes they persist for quite a while, allowing you to fill the entire screen in green lines. I'm not entirely sure what triggers it, but thought I'd let you know in case you want to put out a fix for it.
I hope I described the problem well enough. If you need some visual clarity, let me know and I'll post a picture.

Glad you like my models.
There is no need for picture, it is a well known Issue for me, however I'm not able to fix it in a different way than removing the trails entirely. I also don't know what triggers it.
But if anyone knows it would be nice to know :)

Oh, okay. Glad I'm not the only one at least, who's having problems. It's a shame there's no clear way to fix it atm. But honestly, the model fits so well in my project that I'm willing to look past that issue and keep it! :D

Yep.
Well the issue is most certainly caused by editing in Blender ... Blender just breaks a lot of things ...
If you want I can remove the trails, but I'm not sure if it will look good withou them :/

Can someone please explain me why you terrans are so obsessed with your milk glands and reproductive organs? Well, I know the anabolic processes behind it, but for me as a Zerg, it is very hard to understand it.

Speaking of Heaven's Devils, do you think you could re-make the Heaven Devils models? (Tychus, Blaze, Crooked Sam, etc.) I think a lot of them don't really fit that well. Nux is literally just a purple Spectre and Crooked Sam is just the Umojan Reaper. I think you could have a lot of opportunity for some creativity on them! ^^

Yep, already part of a plan :) However I will not change Tychus at all and Blaze will only get a minor change, but the others will be quite different. It's also something I don't like, most of Tychus' units are just a bit edited Umojan models and that makes no sense at all ... I kinda understand they want to use their skin sets, but it shouldn't be for the first commander that comes on their minds. Umojan skin set would have been great for Valerian. And the rest are just versions of default units, which I still like more than the Umojan ones, because base units fit better than those high tech ones. Actually nux has a bayonet on his rifle, some knife/s on boots/legs and twin pistols on his back, but those details can't really be seen much and he just doesn't look good xD

You could probably get an idea for Vega and whoever the big guy is in the back (either Cannonball or Rattlesnake, I can't tell)

Well from these only Tychus is present in the new Heaven's Devils. I think maybe I could do Nikara similarly to the medic there. Rattlesnake will have some actual Rattlesnake aspects to him, Vega will be an incarnation of Heaven's Devils logo. She already has a cape, so why not to add a skull and some wings & halo. However for Canonball I have no plan just yet, so Maybe I'll take some inspiration from this picture.
