Greetings everyone, maybe my question has been already asked but I can't find any answer to my problem.
First of all I apology for my bad English since it is not my mother tongue.
I installed StarCraft 2 on my laptop, when I wanted to work on my custom maps, I realized the 'Mods' Folder and the 'Maps' Folder were missing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Same Problem. I looked on internet but didn't find any answer. I uninstalled Battlenet net and every games, erased any StarCraft 2 file or folder still there before reinstalling everything... Still not 'Mods' Folder.
By testing a map via the Editor Launcher I finally had the 'Maps' folder to appear... but without any map in it (only the 'test' folder).
I hope someone could find a solution to my problem.
There is no 'Cache' or 'Mods' Folder in the Battlenet folder nor in 'my documents'. It is annoying!
Thanks a lot if you read all of this and thanks a lot if you can help me!
It was a change with patch 3.0 - the Mods folder was deprecated for holding the core game mods, so you can just create it yourself now.

You have to create the mods folder yourself. There normally is not anything in these folders that's why they are not made.

Thank's for answering! But I never had to do this. And what about Core.sc2mod, liberty.sc2mod and everything else? I will try anyway!

Okay, I really can't understand why on my laptop I have to create the folder, but thank's a lot dude, it solved my problem!!

Slight elaboration
The main game files are now in CASC, which is the new data format, and is held in the SC2 Data folder.
