Galaxy RPG
It's a map to show my RPG system. Currently it's a 12 players Dota type map for testing purposes (1 player play possible). Allready Implemented:
- custom GUI
- custom leveling
- custom stats
- custom skills
- custom items
- shop
- save/load system
- revive for heros
This map is Dota style only for test purposes and it will be redone in a ORPG and Dota will remain as minigame.
Looking forward for feedback, bug raporting, ideas and people who want to help or need it. Map is Localizated so u won't have displaying values in game problem. (MOVIE IS FROM OLD VERSION SOON NEW WILL BE MADE)
DOTA V2 without failure? And with interesting mechanics, I say. Looks good so far, can't wait for polished version!
i think vjeux can do the localization etc he already did it for some maps like SotIS i belive and make a vid about new version its been so looooooooooooong and the old version doesnt work in retail D:
Hello everyone. It looks like i won't gona have enough time to work on this map but i don't want to just stop this project. I will still remain as a Author and Manager of this project. I look for ppl who want to help me create this map. Current state is a lot different than the one on the screens and video. If anyone want to help in triggers or data editor you are welcome. Just send me PM on SC2Mapster. Map is working in enGB editor. In other language versions triggers names can disapear.
cuz i think it was made in beta? and in phase 1 i belive
any idea as to why when i dl any map and try to look in triggers all the info gets wiped? like the triggers are there but anything that was text or set is blank back at original state. weird? i love the look of the map and would like to check it out behind the scenes. is there going to be a custom ui?

why didnt ya say so ive been checking this evry minute.....
I'm going to participate in blizzard event for the best custom map and i can't publish it before it's ends. So be patient.

waiting for playable version liked that map in beta
At the moment i finished most of save system. It will be possible to handle up to 6 players. If you think it's too low complain to blizzard about max bank file size. I did everything possible to fit most data into current bank files.

Zealots coming from right side do not attack incoming enemy units, they just head straight for enemy base. Also, switching to the Psi Blades causes the game to crash(tested 3 times to be sure). Good luck on making this, it was fun to play.
I got SC2 today and after i finish campaning i will get back to map development. I think it will take 2 or 3 weaks to make a beta version and start beta testing.
i see u got a artist :) gl with the project anyway will check it back again when sc 2 is released in my country
btw agility is slow to level while str and stm are to fast O_O
save system will be completly redone so old saves won't work. But it will be done when blizzard will make a statment how large bank files will be. Next release will be after SC2 release i think. Map creation is still in progress. I can say one thing. This Project went huge. and i realy mean huge. I expect it will be something u have never seen in SC1 or WAR3. And that's why it takes so much time to develop. I will be able to say some more when i will know how big Bank files will be. If u want to know more or want to help just PM me.
