i can can not tell, is the tagal tank a custom model or just a retextured version of the medium anti air gun doodad/unit?

i am also very happy you are still going to make models, I think you are one of (if not the) best asset makers in sc2 mapster. You are very friendly (unlike hammer who does not reply to anything I say ever) and make blizzard quality models.

Although, my posts dis get 'liked' so maybe he did them. (How do you do the equivalent of liking someone's comment now? In my preferences it says i give gain and give 'thanks' and get titles, how do i do/get these?)

Posted Jan 5, 2017Thanks for these words people, I honestly can not stop making models, because I like it.
And I want to stop sharing them, but at the same time, I want to share them, because as AlexO6 said the others are not to blame, that a person has been educated by a pack of wolves.
During these days I have meditated.
And I think the solution is "easy"
- Only models for Arcade multiplayer (Battlenet) so that they can not be extract from the map (models not related to armies or lore Sc2)
Creadential of the map, progress of the work, etc.
- Nothing models for campaigns.
- Only armies to offline.
All this is the experience of what I have seen, if someone wants something it will have to be by PM.
I will accept requests for projects only for Multiplayer Online and with credits.
I've already said it several times, and in fact there are people who have changed the texture or something of the model and I do not care, but that person has bothered to make a video a picture or something and has arrived and showed me. As if to say, hey! look do you like? And you know that he is editing or anything else, but you do not find yourself three days later, without knowing anything at all that this person is taking advantage of your work or simply becomes a fool.
So many times have I angry or I have come to behave like a small child, the rage of not being able to do anything.
So I'll keep doing things, but with the idea I put forth before.

Posted Jan 5, 2017You're overreacting quite a lot here. This could've been done for a number of reasons.
For example, Bloodraven wanted to name the mod differently, because your mod is called "AVMODELS_UED_(ART_MOD)". If someone doesn't use the acronym and instead searches for "United Earth Directorate", he'll find nothing.
Or your mod wasn't up-do-date for a while, and at the time Bloodraven has created the mod, it would've been more complete (I vaguely-remember this being the case when I looked for the UED mod myself a couple months back).
Not everyone creates a big collection of their models, yet alone keep them updated. Maybe Bloodraven knows this fact from other modding communities, and wanted to fix the situation by creating, and updating, a big collection mod himself.
The only one you're hurting with this action is yourself. Do you really want to stop doing what you love to do?
Just report the guy, take a break if you must, and create a note in all your future uploads that everyone has to ask permission before uploading your models to another place.

Been a fan of AV work for a long time now, in fact over half of the custom model in the Hammer of Dawn is by AV.
I was so looking forward for the titan mechs, which is excellent for my next project 'Rise of the Machine'.
Well, looks like I will have to scrap it.

Posted Jan 5, 2017oh dam. one moment im all like oh I wonder what goodies AV has created today.... (was so excited!, could it be a spikey double decker bus?!? A teenage girl with a machine gun??? Other such spikey cars/houses or chrome griffin textured battle cruisers?!?!?!?!?!?)

that sucks man, im sorry to hear that. I knew people modded my warcraft 3 models on the hiveworkshop without my permission, but I tried to see it as ''flattery through imitation'' or ''updating my resources for me...for their personal use only'' hell, some of them came and even apologized. I even updated some of my public resources with their changes half the time, the ''power of collaborators'' and all, catching model bugs I hadn't, I met many friends this way. and I gave global permission for others to do it in the future. so long as they came and talked to me about it.
but that was how I tried to make my self feel better from it. it sucks that you feel so emotionally down, im not sure how I can proceed to make you feel better, but if you care to hear another modders opinion, your mods not just ''a mod'' its your creation and people shouldn't be molesting it.
even if you forgot to pass word it.
best of luck with your chats to blizzard, though out of friendship/respect/experience I must say don't get you're hopes up too high.
hopefully you'll feel better and come back....eventually..... even if it takes a while, go ahead and take a while, we'll be patiently waiting...
many of us feel the same sentiment that you're art is very beautiful and look forwards to seeing more.
if not, well, that's you're decision to make, not ours. and whether or not we like it we must respect it.
