It is a genuine issue. The problem is actually not with the Stand animation, but the Cover animation. The Cover animation is supposed to make the shield invisible, but somehow it appears to have broken. I would have sent it to him as a fix, but the model breaks when I try to open it in Blender. Currently, the only way around is to remove the part in the Marine's actor that tells it to play the Cover animation. Unfortunately, this means that the shield will appear at all times, even when the upgrade hasn't been researched.

Hi alleyviper,

The UED Marine model seems to be bugged: http://i.imgur.com/WmyynTd.jpg. All of its animations work fine except for 'stand'. They just freeze mid-step and the shield flickers in and out of existence. Is this idiocy on my part or a genuine issue with the model?

Alleyviper, may I suggest a UED Thor? I know the UED Crusader is supposed to be like the UED Thor, but to me, it looks like a smaller mech.

Also, what about a UED Marauder? It could use parts from both the Hammer Securities and the UED Terminator.
