How to play
- extract the mod file (SC1BWmod) to your "Mods" folder in your Starcraft 2 install directory (NOT the folder under "My Documents")
- extract the map pack to the "Maps" folder in your Starcraft 2 install directory (create the folder if it doesn't exist)
- extract the Campaign Launcher & setup to the same "Maps" folder (not the campaign folder)
Campaign Launcher installation:
- launch the Starcraft 2 editor
- open the setup map named SCMRsetup in your Maps folder and click the "test document" button on the top right (or press ctrl+F9)
- wait until the launcher loads and you're at the title screen, then save the game and exit the map (press esc or F10 to open the game menu)
- find the save file (named "Starcraft - Mass Recall" by default) in (your home/documents folder)/Starcraft II/Saves/VersusAI
- copy or move the save file to the saves folder under your account folder (your home/documents folder)/Starcraft II/Accounts/.../.../Saves/Multiplayer (for example; any of the save folders will do)
- Done! You can now log into the appropriate account and load the save from the load game-screen. You can use this save to play each episode.
more info:
- You can copy the save file to whatever accounts you want. For example, if you want to play offline, copy it to your guest account folder.
- If you're unsure of the right folders or can't find the Starcraft II documents folder, log into an account of your choice in SC2, go to the load game-screen, click on a save and click the "show in folder"-button. It will take you to the appropriate saves folder.

So Jones, any sort of update or benchmark about the Protoss campaign? =)
@Wunterwaffen: Go Yeah!For....*gasp ADUN!
Must... *gasp* have... *gasp* Protoss *gasp* campaign....
Perhaps it isnt the Mod File which was damaged. Perhaps its something inside the Starcraft Files. I would completely reinstall it. Makes no big changes, cause your Profile is saved online.
Greets
Anterro: Wait do I repair it or completely reinstall it? And how will that help the mod files if i may know? lol
Drathjon:
Reinstall Starcraft 2 would help anyway. I know that sucks, but who cares.... ;-)
Hello I am having a very large issue! Yestarday i installed the mod and everything worked perfectly. I could save, it wouldn't freeze and every mission worked without a flaw. I went to sleep, woke up decided to play a little more and as soon as i went into mission 8, I ended up screwing up so i tried to load the save I did on that mission, the load screen went around a quarter of the way and an error message came up saying "the mod data loaded does not match the mod data which was originally used to play this game". I didn't understand what happened? I didn't change a thing, i literally just went to sleep and came back and it's not working. I tried redownloading it, checked my folders to ensure everything was in the right place and still it does not work. Can anyone please help, I don't understand what happened, it was working perfectly yestarday, every load screen was perfect. Does anyone know what happened? Can anyone please tell me how to fix this problem i really want to play the campagian!
Jones i know we are so annoying asking the same thing over and over,but i have to.When is the protoss campaign coming out?
I agree with you especially since they mass scouts, arbiters and carriers in the last mission. Mutas just get slaughtered. The high templar needs improvement. They only storm when they are attacked so you can leave a bunch of ht there without any harm. @Sandwraith05: Go
Watch husky playing these missions!
@Sandwraith05: Go
Probably it's because we can build 200 units now. :) Just harass them! I have 3.5 pages of Mutalisks eventually.
@littlelionfish: Go That's a feature in sc1.So that's not a bug.Btw going mutalisk the last 3 missions is a stupid strategy.Here's why:
1.You need a lot of resources.
2.Mutalisks are terrible at killing the protoss on the last missions.
3.They die pretty easy to pretty much everything.

Try out Zergling-Hydralisk + some ultras to tank the damage.Build only 12 mutas for map control and for picking off high templars or rievers.This strategy is way better.I cant imagine how many mutas you'v all tried to train to pass the mission.
@mqtchair: Go
That's also my strategy. I go Mutalisks in the last few missions.
I have a question: I am able to get 2 Gas even after it exhausted, is that a bug or a feature in SC1?
@Seawingo: I had that rpoblem too, thats why I made the fix I posted on the last page. look it up :)
I think the recreation is awsome but the secound zerg mission does not work, the only thing i come to is the briefing room and then nothing happends.
@mqtchair: Go
wow, thank you. I just skipped "an eye for an eye" and finished the whole mission after I posted definitely trying out your strat big thanks for digging my post out from like the 17th page lol
Initially i had a lot of trouble with "an eye for an eye" too but all you have to do is to tech quickly to mutas and mass produce them. Build sunken colonies (misspelt as spine colonies) in the game at the edge of the plateau at your main base and the base to the West of the main. This will spread enough creep for you to mass produce spine colonies at the beacon area. The Southern area is difficult to protect but you can try making a hatchery for a nice block and then mass spine colonies behind the hatchery. Mass mutas will destroy the rest. As for a ground push, it is less efficient because you have to deal with zealots and reavers which are a real pain in the ass@fish83814: Go
Yes you certainly could and easily too. But for those of us that thought that the super tank kill team on Antigua Prime was just a little over the top... :P
Can't wait for the protoss campaign.
@blankblank: Go
Lol or you could add a super-powerful unit like Ulrezaj or something.
Hi.
What about russian localization? :)
