The only versions that I support, and that are regularly updated are: US Gateway version 1.0.0 (Published by Me and updated weekly) EU Gateway version (Published by MasterKiwa and updated every 1-2 weeks)
v0.9.9 is the old beta version and is no longer being updated.
The EU version has some minor differences since I've allowed Kiwa to edit and add to the map if he chooses to, but the core of the game between the versions is roughly the same.
Any other version not published by us, and on different gateways, is a stolen map, likely bugged, imbalanced, and completely unsupported by me. Anyone posting feedback on these versions are wasting their time since I dont care about the problems in those versions, talk to the guy who stole and edited my map without my permission.

grim right on firebat and air but main issue is letting everyone know where to find ur new update...its way at bottom and it took almost an hr to even fill the room. i think the devildog upgrade is awesome but its too expensive to achive if ur trying to balance rines and merc. well worth it till u hit air units. cant give decent feedback cause not enough people to play it. plz indicate in old one where to find it. you older ver is still in top 10 custom maps. thanks for fixing tank glitch
ON the new version. My partner left at the begining of the game and i could'nt control his units. Firebats are awsome counter againts zerglings but i got destroyed by mutas lol. It would be sweet if they could attack air.

sadly i joined everyone in my last game that played like this. its like evolution. new merc combos i stuck with my fave zealot, raider and everyone else wasted thier money on all the mercs. still won even though my teammate quit. i will still beat all you shit talking cheaters. remember....i adapt.
I fixed that exploit, also v1.0 has been up for 2 days now (its up all weekend) for early testing. Go play it if you want to play with the new stuff.
cheating ass mofos...everyone is doing it now. i did not want to play like this
3 in every 5 games i am seeing the same thing. funny thing is sometimes if u destory the mercs and he rebuilds, he cant spawn mercs. its a glitch with a glitch. keep in mind u can destory them early in the game when they just spent all their money. if ur teammate does it..upgrade to planetary fortress and attk move his base....it will take 3 min to kill without u getting booted. i see this glitch as a feed and i target them to get stronger. by they time i am done it isnt fair for rest of map either and they still think i cheat
i just versed a cheater who stacked mercenary buildings but i still won ;). He had cracklings, voids, mutas, vikings, stalks, rauds, and temple zealots. Everyone had to pretty much gang up on the guy at the beginning to keep him in check but we couldn't kill him. It was only in sudden death that I was able to beat him <:D. I just kept pressuring him and his forces kept getting thinner. 1 of the other teams were eliminated by then and the other was so far behind that he couldn't do much :/ We were so lucky the cheater was a noob LOL (all he did was attack move into a base lol). I think you stack the merc buildings by spending your starting minerals on a siege tank, and then sieging it next to the merc building area or something like that. lol.

k..i figured it out. its just a glitch.
DUDE!!! whats with the cheating!!.... i just played these dudes "undefeated and bigkilla" who spawned more than one merc at a time. they had crack, roach, and stalkers spawning all at same time. staying true to my style of play, my teammate and i (thank goodness he wasnt a noob) crushed their cheating asses...with MAX UPGRADES. except for merc...forced to go all out rines. Its called marine arena for a reason. even with a cheat hack they could not win. they werent the hosts either and it was your legit version.
Hi, i played the newst Version and there is way to Cheat. There is a guy, called "BITXI" , if he is in the game he got at start already air units and the marines got weapon upgrade lvl 30. Maybe you can fix the map or ban cheaters. I have the reaplays too, if you want it i can send it to you.
i guess u have not played games that have lasted 2hrs or more to find out if cracklings max. everything has a max. and rines will always win the max war depending on the players skill
Cracklings need to surround an army to be effective, stalkers have blink, skilled players would blink out of being surrounded and put the lings into a choke point.
how do you rebuild your merc when I keep killing it with my battle cruisers off the map? you never max attack with cracklings by the way, cracklings behind other crackings does nothing, you send consistant waves untill they are dead. so I chew through stalkers, marauders, helions, anything with armor, if you go air, i send in 12 lings and eat your merc compound for a nice 600 to make them stronger, so lets recap, you have no merc compound, no marines start spendin them saviors man, when you got a wave inc every time you use one. Then you quit because you realize you got pooped on.
crayon cant be wrong...all melee units become usless later in the game unless u back them up or invest with care. u had success because u set ur enemies back and upgraded without interuption. when u do that it seems you cracklings are unstoppable. they are clearly not. all you had was advantage and u came out on top. i eat cracklings for breakfast even with max attack. killing a merc only slows down the player...it may eventually break their will and make them leave. but if they r good players and stick to their build order even after rebuilding the merc 6 times. they will come out one top.(kale knows wat am talking about)
hey crayon, love the game. I play zerglings, and rush battlecruiser in the beggining, kill peoples merc compounds off the map while they can do nothing marines cant even range me, then when I upgrade my cracklings 3x in merc store for 900 they become unstoppable. They are completely broken, and their increase damage upgrade needs to be lowered, so unfair, 12 crackings shouldnt be able to eat a merc compound before a savior can ever see the light of day. And your wrong, late game they are even better, I send in 50 lings which spawn infintly fast, and it looks like a wildfire of points in your base untill everything is dead. You should probably listen to everyone else and fix them. Untill then I will be pooping on everyone with this.
No I dont know anything about that, masterkiwa's version is the closest version to mine (its still a bit different though) and hes the only one who has permission to edit/publish on EU, so if his isnt up then I dont know.

What happened to Marine Arena in Europe? The original map is gone and we are left with a fake version where player 1 & 2 get extreme high resources. Absolutely no fun at all. I miss the good version, it was great. But is nowhere to see... Crayon do you know anything about this?

In order to get to the snipe upgrade you have to do all the hero attack speed upgrades first.
Cracklings have been unchanged for like a month now (probably longer), there has been no recent changes or buffs to them at all. Its just that some players are discovering how effective they could be at early game play, which is true, they should be. Melee units dont last late game so they need to be better early game.
Try putting a few reapers in your army, i find that they can carve through cracklings with ease when placed on the sides behind a small army.
Until then, wait for v1.0 with firebats, I'm not editing 0.9.9 anymore.
