Push spawned attackers toward the enemy side to destroy their life crystal while protecting your own. Pick the right units over your enemy to push through your enemy's attackers.

I'm remaking a classic from SC1 for SC2.
Recommended players: 2 [1v1] or 4 [2v2]
Some details:
- Buy attacker armies at the top left corner of the map. Each individual unit purchase creates an army of that unit. These units will automatically attack toward the enemy's life crystal.
- Buy defensive structures and heroes at your Life Crystal. In addition to minerals, these special units require vespene gas.
- Mineral count increases automatically. To fasten the pace of game as time goes by, income and vespene gas increases as you kill more units.
- For more convenient purchasing, hotkeys are initiated at the start for each player. [1-4] are for buying attacker armies while [w] is the life crystal.
- You can still play with/computers by adding AI for a player slot. The AI just makes random units so don't expect it to be any good.

Have you ever seen the message "Game cannot continue with no opposing players" in red text on chat?
That should happen and the game should end right there.
Finally had the rating glitch happen to me tonight and I was able to see when and why it happened.
Round 2 of 2. My ally kills the first guy, he leaves. Second guy quits as we come down his lane with a big army. Game doesn't automatically end, we kill his pylon and it does not say XXX wins round 2! Next game I'm docked 30 points for what I suppose is the game thinking I left an aggro match.

Definitely make non crashing more of a priority than unit balancing. ;)
I don't what's changed, but this map crashes everytime I try to play it.
Ive noticed 4 things:
1) Waiting for other players... takes forever to load (30 seconds - 1 minute)
2) It seems as if when a player finally gets frustrated enough and leaves, the game finishes loading.
3) After loading, the drop players screen comes up immediately, and freezes.
4) SC2 does not recover.
What exactly is going behind the scenes during the "Waiting for other players..." state?
It seems like a deadlock.
The frozen screen on opponent's pylon death occured again on the first game I played last night. I have not been playing as much now due to the constant freezes during this condition and sometimes upon game startup.
I would prefer to revert to a more stable version than to play this (even though I like the new units).
Also, one thing I do not like is that when you are playing 2x1 and you are across from the "1" player and your opponent does not help out. It is not fair playing 10 income against 13 at this early stage of the game. IMHO, a better approach would be to play 11 v 10, and the unopposed partner have less income, e.g., 5 or 6.
Re: Scourge
I like them just the way they are personally. I like it that you can use them like you'd use lings... added ammo that you can send downstream after your main combo is already on it's way. They are nice to punish people that don't spawn balanced combos too.
I've seen many ppl die by using them too much though. 1 archon spawn can take out 6 scourge spawns in half a second. Over-use em and you're dead. They tend to melt in any large battle pretty quick too. Thors, warps, monoliths, etc., finish them off before they do hardly any damage.
Just my thoughts, so far anyway.
What Docehedron says is true. It happened to me the last 2 games in a row. Right now the map freezes.
What's everyone think of scourge? They seem to be too darn good. They can ravage lots of units by virtue of their stacking and pylons drop like flies to scourge spam. The only thing that easily counters them is archons. Ghosts have a chance 1on1, but only if they have range first. I think either a HP or dmg nerf would work, unless you can modify how they stack.
Tordecy, both times it froze forever. I had to delete my sc2 process. Both times it was 1x2.
Well at least it was a drop instead of crashing. Hopefully it's just bnet. :(
NO!!! I just experienced the long "Waiting for players..." at the very beginning followed by getting dropped for the first time since the stats reset. Or was that just b.net hating me?

Does it freeze forever, crash, or does it eventually continue? Has it only happened in a 1v2 where you kill your opponent?
Twice now the game has "frozen" as I destroy my first opponent's pylon in 1x2 i (once last night, the other two or three nights ago). Very frustrating for the SC2 client to hang at that point. In the last game, the the image was frozen midstream in the explosion.
I haven't been able to find any rated games this morning where ppl have been leaving before pylon death, but I can confirm that if they leave as their pylon is dying in non-rated games it does NOT say "...wins round 1."

I think that's what makes the game so interesting to me. Combined units take on a different quality than they do individually. Timing becomes ultra important as well.
If it were a simple matter of just throwing counter units at whatever is sent at me, I'm pretty sure I would have quit playing after the first week.
Anyway, try using more corruptors against Colossi. Against some combos they fail pretty bad, but they generally do the trick.
I love losing when my units are supposed to be counters to my enemy's army but his rain of Zerglings protecting everything, including his Colossi 10000 feet away raping me with their lasers, seems to be indestructible. :(
It was his Archon, Doomsday Monolith, Colossi, and Zerglings vs. my Tanks, Marauders, Helions, Banshees, and Zerglings.
Perhaps not playing for 10+ days has left me rusty.
Those lines aren't showing up in replays, whether they leave early or not. Chat shows up, but that's it.
You should just come 1v1 me and see it for yourself. Leave early, don't leave early, dc, etc.
Could be another one of those individual cases where it only happens to some and not others.

I haven't experienced any problems myself but I have played with others who have mentioned losing ratings after winning.
