I'm postponing Heaven's Devils for a little while because I need to read through the book again and take a whole bunch plot notes. That is going to take a lot of time and I can't put in before summer is over. However, with my work on Mission 3 of the Forgotten Ones nearly complete, I'm looking in another direction to Nerazim campaign because of my love for Protoss. I was originally intending to do a campaign with Tal'Darim due to their convenient repository of units but I decided to save that for later. Besides, Narudek already did something similar so I don't want to sound like a copycat.
We Who Bask in the Twilight is a campaign that follows Vorazun as the Matriarch of the Nerazim as she struggles to unify the disjointed Nerazim and defend Shakuras from Tal'Darim invasions and Amon's Zerg broods.
I'm certain I will be releasing this project because I already have all the mod data put together.
P.S. If I ever release a Tal'Darim campaign I'm giving Narudek/CybrosX credit because the idea is an awesome one.
I love the Nerazim, and having a campaign centered around them would be great. Making use of their lotv units and the custom Nerazim models floating around on the assets list could really make for a different feeling campaign.

I've used all of the "dark" Protoss units that aren't Tal'Darim and I have included the Dark Archon merge which we all know and love to give the campaign a more "Brood War" feel to it.
Overall I think I've captured the shady nature of the Nerazim with high-damage units that serve specific and highly specialized purposes. I made sure they aren't as beefy or confrontational as Daelaam (regular) Protoss to capture the subfaction's charisma. I hope my campaign forces players to think crafty and shady like the Nerazim truly are, not relying on a deathball to win.
Mission 1 is fully complete, working on Mission 2. I'm working on a campaign launcher and in it, an decent opening cinematic that will be featured in the game trailer I plan to release soon.
Yeah, the Nerazim definitely do not rely on strength to win fights and instead use cleverness to outwit their enemies.
By the way, I think you are a bit confused about the Daelaam. They are a group of protoss which accept both Kalai and Nerazim (and after lotv some taldarim too). No Nerazim have nervecords because they ritualized severing them. This would still include the Nerazim which are a part of the Daelaam.
It seems to me that it makes little sense then for Mak'dar to mention the Daelaam having nerve cords. It is the Khalai who have nerve cords and only some of the Daelaam are Khalai. Instead it might work better to call the Daelaam fools/idealists to think that the Nerazim and Khalai can work together after all the Khalai did to the Nerazim. Persecuting them, attacking them, and then exiling them from Aiur.
I hope I haven't been too presumptuous here and that what I have said has been helpful to you.

I've got an (epic?) opening cinematic that plays whenever you start the campaign launcher and missions 1 and 2 are done. I'm just working on Mission 2 polish...

No it's actually quite helpful because he only says that once. It isn't a pain to go change it.
