Hehe lol i know you cannot wait but you have to. Iam encountering some problems with the Channel 2 UVW Layout.
In 3ds it works perfect but ingame it doesnt work correctly.
Note the screenshot on first post is WIP i worked yesterday at the Marine again and looks much better now.
A new WIP, Yes you also get the new DECAL but first i need find out why the 2 channel decal uvw layer is resetted in sc2's editor. In 3ds it works just fine.
As you can see the 2 Channel UVW layout "on the shield" works perfect but when i add new one to the shoulders it get messed up in the editor
Well the decal UVW map works perfect now, But encountering a animation error since last few exports.
he wont play the idle animation ingame anymore and in the model view it works like a charm :S

Could it be that the actor is not playing the correct animation name?

Your model looks awesome. It's definitely better than Blizzard's. I'll try to find a way to use it when it's done. Also, I like the "pin-up girl" decal. Your work is great!
Ive updated the model abit some helmet modifications but still sorting some shader settings out before publishing.
The animation problem still exists :( The animation in model viewer works perfect but ingame its frozen on the walk animation.

How did you solve the marine animations import problem? When i import in max the model has only 2 animations .
Here is a new wip of the marine. Well i think its done but the animations are not working probally :S
