First... MLP is gay.... any guy who watches it, shall be called so, unth sayieth the good book of hate.
[/OPINION]
Cool generalization 'bro' specially when the majority are quite normal guys. But hey, gay people, gay opinions.
You sound like those blind fanboys that refuse to admit anything's wrong with what they like. Where is the objectivity these days...I can't find it anywhere, lucky I have it.
Quote:
The colors are cool, Its a nice touch, my only problem is that there are only a normal amount of them, instead of MASSES like in the Cow level.
Some fairy happy, colors is OK for you when the whole thing is so out of place for the game and yet you tell me who is gay? Hypocrite much?
Quote:
As for the story, The story was really good, But idiots dont like it because you have to listen to every dialog, where as in Diablo 2, it was just eh cutscenes you had to watch...
I'm excatly from the type that prefer to read the story and dialogs rather than RUN to Last Portal and WTF happened how? where? no1 knows - only cause of multiplayer. Multiplayer is for after you have completed slowly the acts to go redo just the bosses is that not right? However, it gets ridiculously easy when multiplayer...
Typical overprotective fanboy what else can I say... im not saying the game is bad but the story isn't so decent because it was clear they had no intention to continue the story after D2 LoD. Why Diablo resurrected? He will be resurrected again to have Diablo 4 and Diablo 5 and Diablo 6, so yeah WONDEFUL story. Ofc without Diablo the game would make no sense to be called 'Diablo'. Please..
Also it's not just my observation - with the pace these Boss runs are done the game will become boring to run over and over again the bosses quite shortly. Expansions will bring smth new for some time, then still the same.
Btw can we have the whimsy stuff models, textures whatever out of D3 and get a SC2 map with that terrain? Would be awesome!
Anyone who says otherwise is a fool and evidently has had their cognitive function seriously impaired by years of sugary drinks, television and masturbation.
Edit: The secret level also... sucked... If I had anything to do with Diablo 3 it would've been the realm of the Treasure Goblins... except now they fight back... or are thousands in number and swarm around the place while you only get a limited time in their realm.
Edit Edit: The reason the secret level is what it is... is due to the 'diablo 3 is too colorful' meme that was most likely spawned by pony loving idiots. The developers designed it with highly saturated primary colours, so show the difference between what a 'colorful diablo 3' is and isn't. Judging by all the hate it has mongered - I'd say they succeeded.

I agree with you on the rest, but the Story line didnt suck. It didnt feel rushed, It felt right, but it Felt VERY unfinished, But this one isnt as huge as a cliff hanger as the last one, I am thinking that blizzard made this ending so that they Wouldnt HAVE to make another if it didnt sell well, even though it sold amazingly, and is really a fun game.
Diablo 2 was an unfinished game, until Lord of Destruction, Maybe this one will be the same, Anyone wanna see a corrupted Imperion, and Death himself. I know I do. That would be awesome, they showed that angels can become evil, and Diablo kept toying with imperion, I really think he is going to turn into Wrath,
Because Diablo kept saying you will be my wrath, 7 deadly sins and Death perhaps? 2 expansions could do it. The black soulstone isnt dead either, so I think its a high possiblity.

IT MUST BE PONY LOVERS who did it indeed! Kudos for the accurate assumption. Moar troll plz.
2nd, The fact that the colorful Colors Contradict the main scope of the game is what makes it cool, its a secret level for fun.
No, no there is nothing wrong in mixing cartoony with more realistic. Have you ever played MUGEN? I fill my time with it whenever I want to play smth for 30-40 mins, now I can feel totally legit for mixing cartoony with realistic. Or any game with any game for that matter. [/SARCASM]
Seriously can someone export the stuff and make a terrain import in a SC2 Map from whimsy level? I wanna do Equestria in 3D and Whimsy has it all.
Anyone who says otherwise is a fool and evidently has had their cognitive function seriously impaired by years of sugary drinks, television and masturbation.
I used to like the storyline, but after your highly constructive post I have seen the error of my ways and have now decided to cut down on the sugary drinks, watch less television and masturbate less. I am glad you informed me of this in a mannerly fashion.
The auction house is the most exicitng place in diablo3. Im not sure why I felt dissapointed when I saw couple cheap items bought out when I was hesitating to buy them. Almost felt like I was losing money :D
but I would bet that checkign on cheap items on auction house is the best way and easiest to make money if you aint lucky.
World of Warcraft... extremely profitable pay to play service.
Starcraft 2... absolute and utter focus on 'e-sports'. Campaign was a joke, 'modding potential' too, is a joke. Blizzard earns a tonne of royalties from tournament organisers, stream rights etc etc.
Diablo 3? Auction House. Everything else is just eye-candy and cheap gimmicks. Fun for a while, but ultimately existing only to line the pockets of greedy fat cat pseudo 'game developers'.
Remember when Charsi gave you a quest? Or Adria actually rewarded you for quests? How about when quests made sense? This entire 'story' consisted of two to three people, telling you what to do. Utter shite.
And again you bless us with your informative and well constructed posts! I especially like how you insult the company who'se games you play and on who'se fansite you're posting. I also like how you have complete knowledge about Blizzard's income and expenses, and how you managed to not factor in half the storylines and quests taking place in Diablo 3.
Definitely keep posting, your objective information is adding to my life.
esports is the most fun, aferall outplaying opponents, definitely worth it, much more than chess. And SC2 is an RTS game which by the way has an editor, who ever said that should change lol, since when a game was more about mapmaking than about playing it as an RTS.
No one wants to play a game for fun anymore, now it has to be Competitive.... Whatever happening to playing the damn game to get the story, and to have some fun.
I think the idea of Achievements did this, And It saddens me that we can have a good game, without it being competitive, Diablo has always been a lax game with little to no competitive value, Honestly I hope that the PVP system for D3 is like Dota, lol so all the competitve players can have fun... actually that would be perfect for this type. Honestly though it will be some sort of battle ground of massive portions.
As much as I love Diablo 2 and 3, I'll have to agree that the storyline was extremely predictable. I looked forward to the game mostly for the story, but I was a tiny bit disappointed of what Blizzard had cooked up. Both Deckard Cain and Leah was killed in seconds - Cain being almost the mascot of the Diablo franchise :( Furthermore it was in some stupid little cutscene.
Kickstarter begs to differ. Just because publishers prefer to milk francises that bring the moneys in, in safe way. Doesnt mean that there isnt a market for other types of games.
I enjoy abusing the auction house as free storage space. Just auction whatever at a price no one will ever buy and when bid ends they'll just go to completed transactions. You have space for 50 items there :P Plus all the bids you can have active. who needs to buy stash space? :P
Anyone else feel like d3 wont live as long as d2? I think the auction house is great, but you can already see tons of yber stuff there that basically seems like best item you will ever get/need.
I also doubt there is huge succes on the real money auction house. People got so much stuff I would think the prices would be really low. I also dont think there are proper gold sinks. The blacksmith kinda is one, but its so expensive its better to buy stuff from auction house (thus money wont dissapear anywhere).
Anyway. I am considering starting to play HC and I wish PvP will come soon....it would be fun if done correctly. (I would assume they either give specific skill templates you can use or severely nerf some skills in PvP)
I feel like D3 is too bland compared to its predecessor. I absolutely love how game looks and sounds, it's very satisfying to punch stuff but itemization ruins it for me. They got quite a lot of slots to equip stuff, yet everything does the same damn thing, it's become about farming more gold to purchase item with better mainstat+vitality bonuses than the one you already have. Combat is fun while items are not. :/
Maybe I'll revisit this game in 4 years after blizz releases its expansions and adds more cool item mods and mechanics.
The economy is a joke; I made 2 million gold in 3 days on the AH buying super cheap stuff and reselling it.
Items are even more "lol" since blues are the best weapons on the game.
Blizzard reported that it should take about a year before players are clearing inferno; at the end of week 1, dozens are farming it.
With exception to barbs (sorry guys) every class has 1-2 absolute "best" ability setups; these setups are what allow them to farm inferno; compared to getting raped.
Level requirements for quests is stupid; during my entire playthrough, I could not play multiplayer games of my level, because I was too low of a level to join public games for whatever level I was on.
Leveling itself is silly; there is really no point to it. Playing through the entire game, clearing 80% of everything between A and Z on all difficulties, you end up at diablo in hell at level 58. You cannot start inferno until level 60. If you simply clear all of the game content, or spend 1 hour farming in act 3 on the castle walls, you will reach 60 with no trouble while just "playing the game". There is no challenge to leveling.
This game is made for farming; why? Reach level 60 and kill some rare elites; you get a stacking buff that persists through death; lasting 30 min that gives 15 MF and GF per stack (cap of 5). They give you high MF, so you dont need MF gear to get good rares. Why? farming. High profit, high blizzard profit.
The only way this game could be fixed is with ... well... an entirely new game. Give us 6 gigs of new game to play; make leveling much slower, add more levels; do something to keep a person playing the game. In a week of the game being out; some people have reached 60 with every class.
I do enjoy playing the game, but I will prolly finish soloing inferno by the end of the week, and then be left with nothing to play. Compared to diablo 2... The reason this game exists and has so many players... There is no replayability going on.
