I am looking into making a map where you combat multiple other players and have choices of arenas. However, I do not know how people make it so that you can have multiple arena's in a single level. Is it possible? Much thanks for any help!
Yeah,. The issue is limited space. More areas = less space for each one. But how you do it is different for each map. But just build the arenas in separate areas of the map and use triggers to create the starting units in whatever arena you want. You could have the game pick a random arena or let the players vote via dialogs or chat messages. Or just let player 1 pick. If you need more details (I'm not sure how experienced you are with the editor) send me a PM and I'll get back to you.

just adding to what zeldarules28 said, if you can fit all of your arenas into one map then after choosing the arena you can use triggers to keep that arena as the playable area.
Region - Set the playable map area to (Arena region)
Camera - Set the camera bounds for (All players) to (Arena region) (Do adjust the minimap)
Both of those work just fine. If you just set the camera bounds then units can go outside of these so you would want to outline your arenas with pathing blockers or use the Pathing Layer (hotkey H by default) to keep units within the chosen arena. If this doesn't make sense I'd be glad to whip up an example map for you.
