I have basically modified the planetary fortress to have 2 weapons and currently only the first one will fire. The first weapon is the missle turret longbolt and the second is carrier infoceptor. How can I get them to fire at the same time?

I'm not sure, but it may help you understand it to add the turret bolt to the carrier first. Since the carrier has no issues with the interceptor, start there.

You can't. However, if you unlink weapons and set the weapon periods to less than your total effect time, it'll appear as if they're firing simultaniously.
