So in my map I have unit that is not an SCV as your main builder, there seems to be a visual bug however in that he doesn't use any sort of animation when building structures, he walks around the building he's constructing but doesn't seem to do anything else. How would I make the unit use an attack animation or another animation while he's building similar to an SCV?
Bump because I am looking for the same answer. I have swapped my probe for a zealot that can build things, but my zealot will not do any animations while construction. I just want him to use his attack animation while he is 'fidgeting' around the building that is being constructed.
On a related note, what is the same process for telling the zealot to attack say, a mineral patch, while mining it?

Was more referring to the animation for the builder while it is constructing, sorry if my wording was poor.

Check the Macro type actors since those are used for all builders.
