Hey,
i want to have 3 units of the same type running with a different max. speed... i have done it with triggers before and it works, so i don't know why it doesn't work on the Firebat.... i am using: SetMoverSpeedMax: ....
maybe some flag, which doesn't allow a change like that?
What speed are you setting? Movement speed is not done in actors because actors only affect their models, not the actual units.
If you want to change unit speeds modify the values in the unit tab. If you want to change it while the game is running use an upgrade like the Zealot Charge upgrade (It increases movespeed of zealots as well as enabling the ability), or if you want it to be for specific individual units, use Buff type behaviors and open the Modifications+ field and go to the movement tab

@fischy33: Go
When you say the same type do you mean like they are all the same like all 3 firebats or marines?
P.S. IF all else fails you could always create 3 different units with the same model, but different speed.
