I opened up my mod in the editor today to discover that the mod dependancies could not be loaded and the file was supposedly missing! What the flying fuck?!
Sc2 auto makes backup files for every save or any save as but the saves arnt called what you save them as but they are called autobackup001 or something else and the are some where in the sc2 files or banks if you want your file that bad you can search for it.

Sounds like data corruption. rare.
Secure your backups to a separate data storage.
