Wow TD
The tower defense map that consists 30 waves. All the towers and monsters in waves are imported from great computer game World of Warcraft.
Monsters are taken from different Wow locations. You can find here Gordoc Brute from Dire Maul, Mindless zombie from Tirisfal Glades and many others. Every 7-th wave is air wave, every 10-th wave is Boss. The last boss is DeathWing. Towers are different hero classes from Wow. There are Orc Warrior (melee tower), Elf Archer (classic weak range basic tower), Draenei Frost mage (classic slowing tower) and some others. Also here you find that memorably horde and alliance towers from Warcraft 2 and Warcraft 3. In this map all the towers are upgradeable. Monsters runs through checkpoint and you can build a maze to make their way more long. Also in this map every monster has 1-2 % chance to drop an item. Items are helms and shoulders, you can give it to any your tower to increase its parametres. Finally, there are minigames in this map. Players play them after each boss. Minigames allow players to earn extra minerals for tower building. These are the most notible features of this map.
Planning to do
Map developing is stopped at 25march2012. I have made all the stuff i wanted. No new things will be added to my by me. May be someone else will continue work ion it, i don't know. Map is published at EU server by me and at US server by KorvinGump.

first off i'd like to say, that i really love your map. Lots of little details, single and multiplayer modes ... Just everything in there.
The only thing i'd like you to change, is a voting system in the beginning, where players can choose whether they want to play minigames or not. It is a lot of fun the first couple of times, but after a while it get's a little annoying.
Also you should prevent building of healer towers on non deathmatch territory. I can block off mazes from players who aren't even playing deathmatch ;)
Anyway, thx for a great map, keep up the good work ( and maybe let someone correct your spelling mistakes in the game :P )

I like your map, seeing as it is still in beta. I think this is one of the first maps that use models to this extend.
I found a few bugs - one being espeically nasty if you wanna kill another player. With your Undead Priests you can build inside enemy territory causing the other player to be unable to build towers if you block his path with them (I think, it could be some other reason too - anyways I was unable to build anything even on open ground). I have a replay if you wanna look at that bug. Some dude played the trick at me and I died pretty fast.
Also, the 2nd builder, that balloon thing, is vastly OP with his ability. With a few coins spent the player is practically immune to boss and air waves. You can trap the bosses and if you sit on a checkpoint and spam the ability the air units just stay there and get shot down. If you wish I can make a replay of that "bug" aswell to give you an easier impression. Please tell me where to send my replay of the first bug.
I like it how you're producing new builders but I think that the basic builder should have an ability aswell. For new players, no matter how skilled they are it is practically impossible to finish their wave first to get the bonus gold against somebody who has the gryphon builder for example. Experienced players shouldn't have such a huge stats bonus in a game with a competative element. Also I'd love to see a wave where a unit with superhigh hp runs throught your maze and the one who damages it the most gets additional gold.

I found new bugs, that i can tell u:
1:Before Minigame start u fly with ur skin(must be a machinegnome) on the minigame map.When mingame start u can push enemys into blaze. 2:On Minigame u cant attack from slingshot when u near montain or or at the leftmost part of the island next tree.
Good Thinks:
-I think the abilities of the skins are very balanced, but I think the abilities of the machine gnome are too weak. The shocker done much damage against air units but later he is useless against waves from 23rd. -I think the issue with other players to wage war is very refreshing in this genre, but that one who attacks first usually wins. -A funny little bug is on the island(map with all waves) in wave 25, a rope tied to the associated monster .
Disturbing stuff:
-The game is still minimal depending on the equipment, I mean that you can overcome impossible only with extremely good luck.
Ideas:
-Instanz also maybe a new mod which is connected with maingame where u can choose on start new instances instead of difficults it would look like that you only get other mobs, but u can play with others who choose normal. -Maybe, thats were very interesting, u can interact with ur Skin, u can give him also items and he can kill also enemys and lvl like a tower(high rang achirvments) -I think it would be good when the edge is always the one with the highest ranking Or, all seeing their name and rank when choosing the difficult and skin like in MineralZ -Maybe u can make also pictures/animations for the rang or something like a aura arround ur skin(maybe the colour of the rang, when u deathwing u have purple aura arround ur skin:DD) -can u make for last rank a DEATHKNIGHT as builder? or maybe other rly cool stuff pls more skins for rangs, speacially for deathwing^^

You know, it consists some bugs and unbalanced shings, but i am keeping work on it. These days, i am making new builders. Every time i make new stuff it consists new bugs :) So it is an endless battle against bugs in our life. :)
At last version (at 4 march 2012) i nerfed those overpowered abilities TryXor mentioned about. So you cann't beat Impossible using Dust Wave lol :)
HI, i told u now only a little part of my real posts-,- 1.u can kick with ballon enemys back so u can win on imbossible 2.first boss u can kick behind gate so he stucks there until u kill him with range 3.u can place a undead priest on enemys maze to block it 4.Iam Deathwing slayer (played about 30 hours) and i need more awards or skins becuz it will be boring 5.Maybe on last rang u can get in new instanz(map) with other enemys to get the best skins like wow

you say that archers are always better than rifleman. If you just look at the dps this might be true but the later lvls have about 125-200 armor so they deal just 60% dmg while the rifleman still deal 80-90%. Lategame riflemans just own the shit out of the enemys

a friend of mine and me are playing this map alot these days (around 40-50times). Here are just some things i recognized which were maybe not the optimum: - the gryphoon's rider passive is way too strong. we picked impossible for the first time and beat it easier than the tries on hard diffculty. just mass pump riflemans and give them the items and its insta win (with the assumption you have a decent maze). I think it should be more around 10% atkspeed and dmg. - the wyverns of the orc tower are sometimes a little bit too slow when fast enemys are not slowed. they just fly after them and dont hit them if i saw it correctly - maybe add an upgrade for the alliance & horde tower? - the slows of the frost mages shouldnt stack that hard maybe. The last flyers (red dragons) were slowed from movespeed 2 to 0.5. They were almost standing and therefore very easy too beat. - The Nagalevel is a little bit too strong. Often times some enemys pass through as the maze isnt evolved completly yet. - You are sometimes too dependant on good item drops. Maybe higher the base stats of the towers and lower the values of the items (about 25% i would say). One rifleman lvl 4 with blue shoulders + angelic halo is just godmode At last i want to tell you that FINALLY there is a good TD in the top list. We were searching sooo long for one that we could play a long time after we beat the 2-3 decent in the top list. I even tried to make one myself but i just couldnt handle the data editor. I am just too familiar with the WC3 editor (was way easier in my eyes) So, i hope you keep up the work with new builders, maybe new towers or upgrades because you are awesome.
Hey man, Your game is great, but what I think you should, that would be awesome, is make a Warcraft 3 Mod on Starcraft 2. You have all the models you need at your disposal, so making this mod would be an insanely cool thing to do.

- Veriath, map size's limit is 20mb. My map is full of imported models and its size is 19mb already. I just cann't add any music to game, sorry.
- Brutia, Voinekku, Map is still in beta stage. I am working to make it better this days. So all the balance issues will be fixed later or sooner. If you don't like some tower - then just don't build it. I am trying to make all the towers usefullnessly. I like both archer and rifleman Elf, it is just matter of taste. By and large they are equal to each other. Other towers are good for me. I like to see Orc on my battlefield, i like to see firing Gobling Artillery. I think they are just beautiful. Game is just a piece of fun, isn't it? You do these things you like. If you think that game is too easy then just play at Hard or Impossible or try Deathmatch (however it is still under testing and dramatically unbalanced).. Also i am looking for good model in World of Warcraft for AA tower. When i will find it, i just import it to game and will make AA tower. In another case i will just decrease fleyers' strength.

I really like your map and I think it has very good potential. However there are few things I would like to comment on. I have played 16 games now and beated the game on normal and hard. Haven't tried impossible yet.
1) Items
-Although it could add nice touch to the game I don't think we should be able to steal items from other players.
-Quite often the chests drop close to your towers and you will not be able to click them from the original camera angle. I would really appreciate if you could fix that.
-Items are a little bit too powerful. I don't think it is cool that items have power to fix or completely destroy your game. Either items should be more consistent and less based on luck or they should be weaker. I would do it the latter way.
2) Difficulty
-Easy is pretty good on the first few waves. However when you get your maze running, it starts to be ridicuosly easy and only the flying waves posses any kind of challenge. The last boss didn't even clear 1/15th of my maze, and I had bad luck with items. I think it could easily have 15times more hp and it still would be fairly easy.
-Hard
Same as easy, except the start to midgame is REALLY hard. I feel like you must get good items and you must do certain build order to survive the first 10 waves. After that it is again easy to have maze up and none of the endwaves posses challenge at all.
3) Towers
-Airwaves are the only hard thing in lategame, but still all the expensive towers are ground only. They are essentially useless.
-Orcs are fairly good but not required at any point of the game. Maybe include late-game waves that are almost immune to archers. Or do as almost all other TD games and include different damage types to towers and weaknesses to the monsters.
-Elf archers have no weaknesses. It is by far easiest way to clear the game to use pretty much only them to deal damage.
-More towers please!

Nice map so far. Comment based on version on Battlenet as of 3 PM GMT on 18th. One thing Rifle upgrade for Elf archers is pointless as the bow do more DPS at all stages (they do more than 50% of rifle elf attack and attack 2x as fast everything else is the same for both elf towers). Suggest you make another difference between bow and rifle like give rifle a longer range or something (then its less DPS but large attack radius).
The change to cannon towers etc is a good change. Would be nice to have a few more AA towers apart from elves.
Oh one last thing try to make it where the item drops are less random IE make it where we always get 1 item every X lvls or something, as I had have about 4 drop before first boss and other times none at all drop in the entire game.
С артефактами классно придумал, осталось сделать играбельную версию на несколько человек. У артефактов, в свойствах агента юнита можно скрыть индикатор здоровья, т.к. они я думаю для артефактов не нужны.

Can i publish this map on EU and AM servers? Why you did not upload this map yet?EDIT: tested, lol, map is not playable yet for multiplayer :D.Disturbed has a good idea. Create Towers... apply the carrier ability to it and have infantry units run out of the towers to attack mobs
since ur using models from wow... why dont u use real towers and not units... and when u want to use units... attach them on towers battle realms style...
Man I've been waiting for a TD like this in Warcraft III and my hopes were even more fulfilled when it's gonna be in Starcraft II, good job!
