Resource Crisis
In the war with the Zerg, the Terran resources are running low. Fortunately the Terrans discovered a huge mineral field near one of their supply base. You are dropped in this base to recover this huge mineral field from the north. The resources are limitid because of the war, so you have to succeed with basic units. Defend your base and complete the objectives to win. Good luck.
Rather easy though.. does not quite feel the you are restricted with resources. Would really like if it was a bit harder and you where short on minerals from the start. Maybe add some bonus mineral fields to the east that you had to long distant mine and protect your SCVs from Zergs?
Also could be nice to get a reason (from the beginning) why you're not allowed to use the tanks, thought it was a bug first.
And a hotkey for training firebats would be nice too.
I got the Ultralist bug too, but at least you could finish the map with it :D

JeffQ: English is not my native languge but i did what i could to avoid any misspels.
vadremix: I never done any maps before, i just wanted to test what i can do without any mapmakin experience. if i will make another map i will try to make as fun and non linear as a could.
Unfortunately i don`t know how to fix that text spam. I will try to make a workaround but i can`t promise anything.
That was enjoyable. It felt really linear imo, and I think you could improve on that in future maps, but it was fun.
As for bugs I was having the text spam problems others were referring to.
Overall a fun map to play [: I like it!
A few things:
- A few misspell in dialog
- Firebat don't play attack animation when attacking.
- I've same issue as Amnesiar89. (I notice whenever i get attack, i will get spam by the text)
Made an account to tell you how great this map is! First one I could actually finish... Good Job! Looking forward to more!
Oh and by the way I had a bug with the ultralisk as one marine walked in the pit and the ultra had been far away from the trap. A trigger started and the ultra didnt die after it. (I got a rewinded message saying thank you - thank you - thank you etc.) Just to let you know so you can check the triggers if you mind.

Amnesiar89 yeah i have some problem with that quest, for some reason it not works as intented. Sometome it works like a charm another time it will spam some text. But beside that the main quest is complitable.
Well the Firebats should move in front of the Marines. Just played with the map and they move in front. They can enter into the bunker, just keep in mind that they occupie 2 place.
On the other hand I think that you should modify the 'Firebats' a bit, that they could move in front of marines instead of watching their backs, like the Marauders do normally. And why the 'Bats cannot enter the bunkers?
Great map, that was pretty fun and one of the first with decent dialogue.
I dunno if it was just me but the bit with the papa ultralisk didnt work, i got it into the trap and that trigger worked fine but nothing killed it and i just got a spam of the text and sounds.
Everything else worked well apart from that :) Great job!

I`m sorry but i can`t fix that :( The best you can do is wait for a new Starcraft 2 beta patch which will fix this problem.
