Operation Recovery I
Alternative name: Operation GTFO I
A team of specially trained marines answer a distress signal and loss of contact from the site of Operation Zeus, a top secret dominion operation site where Dominion war weapon Zeus is being developed. You are to see 'nothing', read 'nothing' and remember 'nothing', go in, find out what happened, and report back. But when your lives are at risk what will you do?
Part 1:
Minimum requirement of players: 2 (solo only atm till beta (which will take a while)) Maximum number of players: 2 (may change)
This game features: Night time lighting (flashlights enabled), WASD control system, Objectives (some of which can be undertaken seperately to save time), Projectile systems Custom interface Constant updates Special Minigames

not yet, I've been doing some work and looking into cinematics aand data editing. as it can be seen in my map I'm heavily trigger dependent

Bah third person shooters.... :)
ill have a T hotkey which will make the camera follow the unit from over head but i will NEVER do that.
Not because its more difficult, but because its DISGUSTING :D for my type of map anyway.
by the way i like it how you did the camera. in third person games the camera usually follows the person but i like this way better

lol.. but your movement system is great. and the last door after the zerglings doesnt open. is this my fault or do i have to do something? or is it just not finished. anyway everything is good so far!

I made it purposefully so that u dont auto attack so there is to a certain degree more difficulty involved. I will get straight on to making it so that u dont run away and i will decrease the insane amounts of zerglings which spawn (i frgot to decrease this amount, i did it to test adrenaline :) ).
And once i get beta done ill get it compatible for coop but that takes longer cause im doing everything the hard way so for now its singleplayer only. Thanks for the comments :D
okay tested it. the moving is pretty good. Could you make it so you dont run away when attacked? and it is also hard to shoot the enemys cause its not auto attack. Also at the first bridge the zerglings just dindnt seem to stop spwaning and i died. but other than that... Great! I would like to be a beta tester and have added this (what;s it called site?) map... site thing to my favourites and will be looking for updates. One thing you seem to have me as your only reader. may i suggest a video on youtube about it?
has this been downloaded?.. i think it has. by the way this map sounds wicked. i was wondering if i coud test it with you? otherwise i probably wont find anyone to play

fck it i keep on post pwning (see what i did there?) so for now ill upload the map so u guys can tell me some hax u figured out with my map.
Left click= perform primary weapon/item action (eg: shoot)
f=flashlight on
v=flashlight off
1=Primary weapon
0=Medpacks
E=Adrenaline (doubles attack speed (involves a sht load of clicking)) but u need full energy to do so.
Shift=Sprint
R=Reload
WASD=Move
not all sounds are up and running

i dont know how long its been since ive started working on the map itself rather than the triggering but im doing it now :D
maybe i wont be able to post the map today because im only just getting into some of the UI and i still havent created the quest/storyline progression which i was having planned for today
