((I didn't realize I wrote this as a role-play). but it does provide a good background. :)

• Moonlight Symphony
• Operation: Angelic Days
• It is the year 2012, the world is infected with a class 5 outbreak, some people call the infected the undead, but it is unclear if they are.
• On December 20th 2009 scientists from an observer post 118 found a meteor that fell into earth’s atmosphere. On December 21st 12:05 military reaches *the meteor and discovered an unknown species of alien secreting from the meteor.
• Military Action
• Alpha team, 12 members were dispatched and Predator escort was sent to survey crash zone. 12:07 Alpha team was terminated. Air strikes from the *Predator desecrated the landing zone code named Utah. Utah was classified and destroyed. Bravo team was sent into observe and terminated any *survivors of the unknown. 12:10 Bravo team was wiped clean including their striker elements. Last reports predicted Alpha team members were acting *funny and eating their comrades supported by large bug creatures. Predator’s standing by were destroyed due to frequency jams emitted by the *meteor. The infection continued to spread

• Seven days later after the incident…
• The population of the town called Ravenholm was infected. Echo team a squad of United States marines was dispatched to destroy new elements and *contain sector E. There it was contained and destroyed but other places it was not contained.
• 30 days later, 98% of the population of Boston was infected and other major towns and cities.
• 1 year The America’s became infected. Containment and survival programs were enacted on Great Britain, Israel, and Japan.
• 2012 80% of the world is infected. Except for the decontamination zones in China, Israel, Great Britain, and Japan are a few of the countries to lock *down their boarders fully.
• America struggles in the chaos, major cities like Berlin burn as if World War III happened.
• The truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this world…

• I am Hellen Knight Captain of Fox Company and operational commander for the city called Riven. A stronghold in progress against the undead my team of *soldiers are defending the city from the infected. If there are any survivors please meet at our main gate so that we can check you if you are infected to *provide you safety within our walls…

Types of infected:

• Zombie aka Zack/Zach: There are two types of Zombies the Shambles, Sprinters. Sprinters are newly infected Zach that was bitten by an infected. That has recently been infected for 3 hours. The human regresses into primal urges and goes into a rage biting and clawing at whatever is not infected. They have full ligaments and control and can fairly sprint as fast as a non athletic human. Though one sprinter doesn’t seem bad a hoard of 20 can easily take down a small group of well armed survivors in an instant. Sprinters are best to be avoided. Once a sprinter has been shot another 5 hours passes the sprinter will then turn into a shamble.

• Shamblers are slow moving zombies who are infected with the virus and have a hoard mentality. They move slowly because their corpses is infected but they have no nerve functions.

• Death dealers aka Double D’s or Ding Dongs: These are original zombies they are infected with the parasite inside of them. The parasite is what transmitted the virus from an alien host to a human host the virus from the meteor. These humans have mutated into tougher skinned creatures normal bullets cannot pierce their hardened carapace armor.

• Spitters: These are mutated women or men that were original smokers, their lungs have fused with the bile of their liver and stomach. The parasite gene from the virus tells them that they must remove what is in their lungs. This is a stronger acidic then regular stomach acid. Mothers aka Pregnant or Prego’s: These are mothers from the hospitals with babies inside, the baby like a Kangaroo from the outback hides in the mothers pouch which is her oversized womb. The infected baby then bursts out of the mother and goes and claws with its mutated claws at its victim. It then consumes the flesh and meat for nutrients the umbilical cord attached is feed then to the shambling mother. The baby then jumps back into the mother’s womb while she continues to shamble into this apocalyptic existence.

• Parasites aka Worms, or Sites: These are worm like creatures about a foot in length and a strength far greater then nails. They are fast and full of the virus. One bite and it is game over for any marine or civilian. They prefer warm bodied hosts that are slow and overweight. They breed out of a mound called a Parasite mound which is a large tumor of cells.

• Parasite mound: There are two versions a spitter and a factory. The factory version of the parasite continues to birth new worms to infect the world. The spitter is a like a slow moving artillery. Be advised their acid will eat through tank armor. Mounds can infect someone even with armor on. The spitter is very easy to dodge if one is paying attention.

• Chordata aka Chords or Futties: Depending on where you come from the south or the north America. These are abominations of a fuse of fat people. The start of two humans consuming eventually the worms still pumping in them fuse them together in a large 8 foot creature large enough to take down a thick wall of a house. These are armed with large hands and has a gimp hand always caution is advised.

• Flesh Composition Fatty: Chordata is the little brother of this. Weighing in at 15 tons this is when a parasite mound fuses several neighborhoods of people into one large Chordata. It stands around 4 story building and is needed to be killed with air support. Avoidance is a high priority. Special Characters: Classified

Rules: 0. Be dedicated to the Role-play itself, I know people have lives but it is nice if people would keep it moving. 1. No God moding self explanatory, you’re not immortal; you can’t be half zombie half human. 2. Cursing is tolerated but to a point, swearing like a sailor makes you sometimes look like an idiot. 3. No killing each other, unless it is 100% necessary to move the story along, please make a notification to me and notification to all involved. 4. Pm all profiles to me with the title “Operation Moonlight.” 5. Romance is allowed but no cybering. 6. This is a war, there will be violence, remember the rules about this on Gaia. 7. RESPECT everyone here. It’s up to you how fights will play out, but we are all human beings behind these avatars. Be kind to the people who you meet, sometimes the internet can be harsh or misunderstood. 8. Please use literal sentences and good grammar, we make mistakes it happens but as long as it is not net jargon it will fly with me. 9. (( Use for OCC )) 10. Don’t use large pictures for your characters, I hate scrolling down twelve large photos of the same anime character and am so distracted that I didn’t even read their text. 11. You must be somewhat realistic. Carrying two large machineguns with a large clip in each won’t keep you alive for long. Nor is it realistic to carry 50 clips and run like some Olympic style athlete. Imagine yourself as the character when dealing with these things to better avoid situations where we have to tell you its kind of unreasonable. It’s however an arguable point in most cases so it won’t be a true rule, as long as every member of this role-play has proper manners and common sense to deal with this like civilized people. 12. Disclaimer: Most of the images taken for visual attraction is taken from random sites on the net. I do not take any credit from these artworks and their filenames haven’t been altered. All the artwork is rightfully theirs and if they deem it fit to remove the image, it will be removed without question. 13. If anything needs adjustments it will be in bold.

You can have training when you’re young just because that is how the United States has turned into a even more militaristic society but you can’t enlist until you’re 18.) Gender: (Self explanatory) Rank: (Can’t be generals or commissioned officers, Sergeants in the field are acceptable. If you choose too high of a rank or a rank that doesn’t fit your class then I will assign you one that fits. Example Force Recon and you are a private. Most of the time they are Staff Sergeants or above.) Blood Type: (Self explanatory) Character Appearance: (No super anime death dealers etc, anime pictures will be tolerated unless they have wings or other appendages growing out of them. I know this is an automatic turn off for half of you, please make a clear description or give a clear picture.) Character history: (Self-explanatory give characters depth.) Personality: (Optional) Millitary Occupation: (Do some research into the Marine Corps or coalition forces, not everyone can be a designated marksman.)
