The only versions that I support, and that are regularly updated are: US Gateway version 1.0.0 (Published by Me and updated weekly) EU Gateway version (Published by MasterKiwa and updated every 1-2 weeks)
v0.9.9 is the old beta version and is no longer being updated.
The EU version has some minor differences since I've allowed Kiwa to edit and add to the map if he chooses to, but the core of the game between the versions is roughly the same.
Any other version not published by us, and on different gateways, is a stolen map, likely bugged, imbalanced, and completely unsupported by me. Anyone posting feedback on these versions are wasting their time since I dont care about the problems in those versions, talk to the guy who stole and edited my map without my permission.

Im in the process of creating a bank system so people can track their total kills/CC kills/game wins.
I've created an unsecure one, and am testing it now. if it works I'll create a randomly generated integer one to ensure we have a secure bank people wont be really able to hack and steal codes from.
headgames is right....i just lost to lings for the first time, new player never seen him before..he had a one trak mind....me he attacked no one else and then used his speed to finish of the teams i softend up for him. normally i crush players like that but he got me good. his timing was awesome. oh and kale623 stop giving you monkey cigars....his fur will stop smelling and he will save u money cleaning up after himself. u got him that far playing marine arena...all he needs is tact
fix planetary fortress....players still team killing each other with it. its taking the fun out of my wins
Actually the Unit Shop is the one with the problem. It reverts to neutral in some games and remains that way for the rest for the game.
BTW, it seems to me that more and more people are getting better at the game and its causing alot of complaining. I know that I have had to step up my game greatly in the last week or so to get wins.

Sometimes when you repurchase compounds, they bug out. I've fixed this already but havent sent the fixed version to kiwa yet, its coming europe, probably later today.
Stalker compound bug
Hello, on the European version of Marine Arena there is a kind of bug when you make a Stalkers compound it doesn't spawn any Stalkers. It occured once to me and once to my ally. Is there anything in-game to fix it (except wasting resources xD) or is it a bug? garion992

-i love watching noobs super buff a few heroes on attack and HP then lay waste. there were so many games like, man i lost count.
-sometimes i let my pet monkey play heroes, he just super buffs a few heroes on attack and HP, then he lays waste to everything in sight. CC after CC, its crazy easy.
-that monkey just clicks everything in sight. I wonder if it even knows wtf its doing. does'nt matter, win is a win.
-sometimes I just leave my 2 or 3 easily made archons, with super buffs on attack and HP, in the center of the arena and just go AFK, If i remember, i come back 10 minutes later just to see who's still in the arena.
-does anyone know how to get a monkey to stop smoking cigars? its expensive and it stinks up all his clothes. I'm at my wits end.
-I'll just let him play marine arena. the monkey has trouble smoking cigars while smack talking.
comments like "superbuffing a few heroes and then laying waste" distorts reality. and if believed, leads to game changes.
lets keep saying stuff like this. we will wake tomorrow and find that saviors kill heroes.
my new philosophy:
I've been thinking, why do have change my game-play to face a new type of enemy. why should I have to make a ghost to kill a hero. I should be able to tech my marine the same way i did yesterday and win the game regardless of what other people are doing. I don't give a crap if fighting an archon or a stalker. I should be able to tech my marines and win.
I should not have to lay a single turret down to stop that incoming HK. I never had to lay a turret down before, so just cause people want to use HK's does'nt mean I should change my play style. instead saviors should kill HK's, not me micro'ing some pansy turrets. if mass HK's are coming, i should not have to build temple zealots. my marines should be able to kill them as they killed everything else last week.
If I want to save up money during the first 10 minutes of game-play, I ought be able too. regardless of wtf other people are doing. If i see "an HK has entered the arena" wtf do i care? that has nothing to do with me or my strategy of saving money for 10 minutes. why must I put down a turret to defend against a new type of enemy. I've never built base defenses before, so I will not build them now. I will not build lings. I will not build zealots. I will save for stalkers, because that is what i want to do. If i lose the game, it is not my fault. if i want to save up then my strategy should work. regardless. instead the game should change to fit my play style, not me adjusting my strategy to changing game-play conditions.
I love sarcasm, it makes me a bad guy. and I ought to be a bad guy. being reasonable makes reason a pansy.
One question, how would i go about getting a editor map to toy with?

well, i won 2 more games with lings. on the third ling game, a guy made an archon. I was happy about that. I figured I would get some revenge and some satisfaction. After losing so many heroes to the savior, I thought this might be a little slice of justice for me.
my savior did 2500 damage to it. i was flaming mad, i quit the game. -I was way ahead in tech and money. However, i lost 2 archons and a spectre to just 1 savior yesterday, 3 colossi the before. and a whole bunch of HK's here and there.
i suppose fixing the hero killing savior was a good thing. but, since i've lost all belief in using heroes anymore due to all the nonsense about overpowered this and that and the HK and raven scares, i'm going to take a break from this game until things get sorted out.
it was very hard putting down my hero using playbook that I had been making. and now to simply pick it up again after letting go of it, well i don't like being jerked around like that. I always thought savior immunity was a hallmark of the hero. to take that way is to clip off a birds wings. makes you wonder if its still a bird if it can't fly. and now the possibility of using heroes is back.
but what about tomorrow? will some noob complain that he can't beat the archons again? of course he will complain. he will complain without ever making a ghost or doing anything differently than his usual tech my marine or tech my stalker strategie without giving a thought as to how he might change something in the way he plays to counter the new type of threat.
but the real question is will crayon make a change in the game to accommodate him. who knows.

savior splash was killing my units today. not sure if intended or not
I fixed the Savior hero damage, I didnt realize I had accidentally set it to -180 hover, not heroic. It only gets about 5000 damage focus fired on an archon now, and this is right out of the CC so any distant high health heroes should be fine.
Shops will revert back to neutral every 15 seconds if there are no marines or ground mercs nearby it. Heroes, burrowed units, air, unit shop units, are no longer counted as users of the shops. It also requires a marine to capture the center beacon, and any ground merc can hold it (excluding burrowed).

-----------------------My 2 Archons were outside his base in the front circle with no intention of going in (I learned my lesson when I lost three colossi yesterday).
My Spectre cloaked in the center of the grass area between bases below the sight tower (not the cliff).
Savior's range extends to the middle of the grass area (between bases). Savior's range extends to the circle in front of the base.

-----------------------I was unhappy when I wrote my last post. So far, I have started playing again. I won 4 games in a row using lings. In all 4 games they said lings were overpowered. I lost the 5th ling using game to hellions (no complaints about lings being overpowered in that game). The 6th and 7th game I won using mutalisks ( I heard complaints about mutalisks being overpowered). My 8th game I lost using mutalisk. (killed by savior while mutas where in the grass area between bases). I've won too many games with stalkers and marines in the past, I simply cannot go back to using them. I find it really boring.
I saw a guy making an archon in my last game with the mutalisks. I was looking forward to killing it with my savior. But I lost the game before I got to see his archon. Lastly, I noticed that the gas issue with the spectre has been fixed. These are my recent experiences from playing. Take from it what you will.

As for the center circle issue, that situation has always existed. If the shops won't revert to neutral, then there is always a burrowed unit or an observer that is using the shop. You need to clear the area of all units (including all other enemy units and your own units) for about 3 seconds so that the shop will go back to neutral. There must be no units whatsoever around the shop or the beacon for 3 seconds. I never saw the shop as being a problem.

Your mass recall problem with the archon exists because your base is full. Clear the landing zone around your support tower. The colossus does not need a clear landing zone since it takes up the space above your ground units. I learned that a long time ago during the days that I tried to use the archon. Keep your recall landing zone clear or the recall will fail. This applies to all the heroes, especially the thor and the archon. The colossus and the HK (while burrowed) does not have this probelm. I advise that you stop using heroes and buy additional saviors while teching marines or mercs until something new comes along.

You cant camp a unit next to a shop thats owned by another player, move away from it and wait 15 seconds.
Oh yeah, the centre buildings keep glitching and remains one color for the entire game sometimes, even though that player has been eliminated. I tried scanning to check if there were any burrowed or cloaked units left there, but there was nothing there :( Made me lose the game because i was going heroes and it prevented me from buying any gas :/ The other guy already had most of the rine ups from centre and mine had nothing. Tried switching to raiders, i managed to survive for like 20 minutes, but it was already too late, i was too far behind :( Raiders dont seem to be as good as before... Before raiders would make rines explode left and right, but now i can easily tank them when im going super rines.
Ok, this time i was being attacked by heroes. The guy was going mass colossi and i managed to kill all his colossi with saviors in two different occassions: first, when they were on my cliff and the other they were in the choke. At both occassions, they weren't even actually in my base but my savior still managed to run up to them and shoot them down in like 2 seconds. imo, saviors should just be able to bring heroes to red health like 200 hp and they will start bleeding out or something, instead of flat out killing them. Because unlike, rines and mercs, we actually have to pay for each of them and also have to buy gas (its not cheap). Bringing them to red health will force them to run away, or risk losing all his heroes. It'll take a while for them to be tranfused/healed back to full health. Or at least make mass recall faster and affect T4 heroes :D
And wth is charge on the archon for?? He never uses it, his range makes it completely useless, unless the range of charge is increased. :/ Even then it'll be kinda useless :( Give the archon blink, because its a fusion of a dt and a ht, and the dt has blink. That'll be awesome <:D And besides, archon has no good running moves :/ Queenfestor has quick burrow movement and spectre has cloak, archon should have one too >:D

go an idea..what if middle, in a determined radius, takes hp away for every sec units occupy it. but still has all the cool upgrades?
