how to play
1. Extract map and mod files. (Download the latest mod file from Here - SCMRmod)
2. Paste mod file to 'Mods' folder in Starcraft 2 directory.
3. Test document maps or just simply drag them on starcraft 2.exe icon.
Play order
Enslavers
1 -> 2 -> (You have destroyed the cerebrate) 3a
1 -> 2 -> (You have rescued Protoss) 2b -> 3b
Dark Vengeance
1 -> 2 -> 3 -> (You have recovered Khadarin crystal in mission 03) 4a -> 5a
1 -> 2 -> 3 -> (You have destroyed Command centers in mission 03) 4b -> 5b

I really enjoyed playing these maps! Have you talked with the creators of Mass Recall to make it compatible with their Extras? As in when you go to Mass Recall you can click on extras and you can play aither Loomings, Ressurection, Enslavers and Dark Vengeance? That would be a dream to me because all the Starcraft 1 canon campaigns will be in one place.
So I tested maps again and found serious frame drops like you said. Just as I said the game was quite laggy when I tested before. But it has gotten even worse this time. Something must have gone wrong with past few patches.
It wasn't arbiters that caused fps drop tho. I tested it without arbiters and the game was still laggy. I'll have to find out how to raise fps above acceptable level.

It seems it depends on the PC. Your PC could be quite stronger than mine, but as time passess all maps that have protoss start to drop ALOT over time. I think it is due to arbiters because in 5b as i was destroying their base (never forget 3 hour game due to lag) as the arbiters start dying i think the fps started to get better. Maybe it was my imagination. Is it possible for you to test 5b with arbiters disabled for both teams (the player and the AI) and see if the fps continues to drop. The lag feels similar to the ones i get on desert strike when too many units are cloacked, hence my suspision of arbiters. That or it could be the fact that i hate when the AI uses stasis and just prolongued that laggy game ;d

Arbiters and certain heroes not getting their upgrades is i think the problem of scmr mod since I used arbiters and heroes assets from the mod. I suppose authors of Mass recall are aware of this problem and I hope they'll release a new version with fixed issues.
As for arbiters I personally tested entire maps quite many times and didn't notice arbiters cause such extreme lags. So could you specify how exactly arbiters cause lags?
But what I did notice was that fps in the last maps of dark vengeance (especially 5b) drops quite a bit as the game time passes.I tried to solve this but couldn't find out what exactly was causing the problem.

Greetings opuggg i have finished your mod and i enjoyed it very much, however it has multilpe bugs unfortunately and i didn't expect it, so my bug report list is not very detailed. To start things off many units (and usually heroes) do not get upgrades. For example Magellan (the science vessel hero), does not gain armor upgrades from the armory.On dark vengeance Mojo's ingame portrait (when he is a scout, not in briefing room he uses Artanis' portrait. On some missions High Templar Do not gain armor upgrades, but most of the bugs i noticed are usually just a certain unit not gaining upgrades. Same as Mass Recall 6.0 - the Arbiters do not require their builing and do not gain shield upgrades.
I have a request for you tho if it is possible please disable and remove arbiters from this campaign as the maps are huge and it causes EXTREME lag. Normaly my pc has absoluteley no problems with SCII, but on missions where you are fighting Protoss basicly means doom. I finished Ensalevers 3a and Dark veangance last missions in about hour and a half in game but about three and a half real time hours do to FPS. It was terrible, not to mention how annoying stasis field is.

I see. I played the first mission and I noticed these things. The cutscene at the end was very cool! I'll make sure to play through all the missions.
Thanks. Many things have changed since the last version. First I changed the briefing sequence to look like that of starcraft 1. And I added more cut-scenes at the end of each episode. Also the game play will be more enjoyable as I worked on ingame balance and difficulty.
What has changed since the last version? Glad to see you back!
