The Planetary Boss Fortress
You play as a Dark Templar sent to destroy the Planetary Fortress of Bosses!
Supports WASD movement and move click attack and mouse look
Left Click is attack, right click summons 6 broodlings to assist you and 1 key summons a healer support unit

- Set both the healing unit and broodlings priority levels to 22

- Removed natural health regeneration, stay close to that healer ;)
- Should no longer be attackable from upper floor units during Big Bad fight
- Added new story elements when engaging bosses, it will only get better from here folks the story is written just have to tell it. I know everyone will like the conclusion.

- FINAL BOSS ADDED! The conclusion to what happens after you defeat the Queen has been added, even more story will be added later... enoy this one guys :) I will add the new boss to the poll in a few hours once everyone gets introduced to him lol
v3.3.1 Changed some balance issues
- Broodlings and Healing Sentry are now both on an 8 second doom timer
- Casting cooldown for both Broodlings and Healing Sentry lowered to 8 seconds
- Increased health of sentry
- Increased damage of Dark templar to 200
- Lowered scan range of broodlings, you really have to be close to enemy for them to attack now.

- Added the final piece of dialogue when defeating final boss, perhaps adding a hint to a part 2? :)
Local multiplayer is here!
- Reduced Templars hit points to 1200
- Reduced Templars damage to 110
- Reduced Broodling damage to 8
- Reduced Broodling hit points to 225
- Both Templars have the seperate cooldowns but they are still @8 seconds each like before
- Controls for second player are as follows
-Forward = I, Backwards = K, Right = L, Left = J. Melee Attack = O key (The letter not number), Spawn Broodlings = P, Spawn Healer = U. - You will most likely need a type of PC controller in order to use this efficiently, i recommend downloading Xpadder to map keys to controllers.
- Also at the moment someone will have to be the designated camera controller, the camera does follow both players but it still needs to be adjusted from time to time.
Be on the lookout for a future sequel project to this map, "The Planetary Boss Hunt".

in regards to the attacks feeling wierd, its mostly bc u dont 1 shot marines anymore :) As for all the other things u listed they will all be fixed in next patch.. i got my list of bugs to cream
did a major testing run
the attack feels weird now for some reason, especially against marines, healer dies fast at marine/ghost part, healer heals broodlings before DT, marines can spawn on ledge behind big bad, in the back corner at big bad you can get shot at by marauder/hydras can get shot at on far side of big bad area as well, nothing wrong w ultross. or warboss, but I still haven't beat final creation .
PS what did u think of the Final Creation boss? he is my fav, so many triggers for him it took forever lol
Ill give you a hint for mothership, those turrets in the corners? Those will attack her :) I am going to remove natural health regen next patch so that should make things a bit more fun Thanks for your input tho i greatly appreciate and accept all criticism/feedback
Also i need some input from everyone on the future of this series, how would you feel about every entry in the series being a differant genre of gameplay? IE Platformer, turn based RPG, FPS etc
Fun game, managed to beat every boss up until the Mothership, which I couldn't figure out. I couldn't attack it and couldn't find any other thing to do except run around for a bit.
Ultros couldn't kill a Broodling with the healer on it, and the Viking (forgot his name) had a tough time too. The nukes didn't even kill the Broodlings :P
The Archon + 2 Collossi was really tough, got him to 100 health and died, but on 2nd attempt I just lured him away from the Guardians and killed him.
Most fun fight was Big Bad, although it's a little trivial since you can just run back and kill marines while you get healed then jump back on him with a bunch of Broodlings.

Colossus can shoot you when if you go right up against the ledge where it is on the side close to the stalker
Did you update your SC2 version? Also is anyone else having this problem? I DL'd 3.0 and it does not do that for me...
yeah i loaded 3.0 in the editor and test map.. and i got the dark screen with the blue bubbles. nothing else happened..
Also Mayhem dont forget about the healer ability, just press the 1 key to spawn her.. she is on a cooldown aswell tho but she is very helpful
@Yaos01, yeah the tileset is not polished yet due to all the bugs that have needed fixing, i think 3.0 is pretty close to 100% so as long as to many bugs dont appear i should be able to add the final polish to the map soon @Mayhem Thanks for all the compliments and glad you like it! Are you refering to 3.0? I just DL'd it and tried it any it worked for me @mnoman yeah ive been hearing that alot and ill do my best to localize the next few releases
Good map but as a European i had to Localize it. It's much better if you could localize it yourself before upload :P thanks, great map, dont care bout the size =)
Yeah ive played alot of 3PS types with this style of camera.. but this one seems to have the least camera stuttering and the character controls fluid and he turns properly.. Alot of work went into fine tuning the little things..
I played other FPS's where when you turned , your character did a 180.. almost impossible to turn left and right.. you got your turning speed perfect... And the camera is very smooth, not stuttery... easy to look around...
Does anyone think Big Bad(Thor) and his support rines too tough now that Spawn Broodling has a cooldown? Any tips?
Music: Yeah those increase dl times on BNet but... i think they are an important part of games and add to the experience. Other ppl say they are a liability that aren't needed. I was one of the ppl that wished more SC1 maps had music, even if they had longer dl times... Noone should have dial-up anymore... so this shouldnt be a problem...
The latest map, 63.0MB takes me 6 minutes to dl.. perfectly fine by me... I downloaded the SC1 map, Labrynthos, off the web and i encourage any BNet users to find the larger maps on the web.
The latest version wont do anything when i test map... It loads.. then i see those big blue bubbles.. and the rest of the map is dark...
Hi ! I tested your map but wasn't able to get far as I defeated only 4 boss. IT is a very neat map, the controls sensibility and the camera is amazing. Now you didn't put much time into the tileset did you ? it is kinda messy.
But wiat a few minutes bc im uploading a big release right now
