If it was before then i doubt it. From what countless people have told me their Scheduling is WAY off. I mean i understand what your saying, but I just doubt it. I hope not, it will be the final nail if the coffin of the mapping community. If it succeeds the community will change, And nothing inspired will be created again simply because, people will be making Crap maps that pass the bare minimum as they do right now with the XBLA( before I started sc2 modding I tried joining that community, trust me you dont want this community to turn into that community, a bunch of dickwads looking for a fukn dollar :P), And if it doesnt happen, the community will grow slower, BUT it will be a better community for it.

Dustin Browder said in an interview that they are shooting for the marketplace to be out shortly after the release of HotS. In this same interview he also gave estimations for the release of the Art Tools to be expected to be released with HotS... so if they end up coming out earlier than HotS (which it sounds like they will be to some people at least who show interest here: http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/topic/7394209770?page=1 ) then that means they are ~ahead~ of schedule which is unheard of.

Chances are theres not going to be a crappy marketplace.... The Numbers in favor of it are shadowed by those who hate it as it is, Not to mention the same people who have made those ideas also had the idea of the popularity system... they were supposed to go hand in hand. So no...
And why would he hold out for something that hasnt been talked about in 2 years? Last time a blizz dev talked about it, they said "Publicly its still announced, but no where in the near future"... so that means most likely not going to happen.

Visuals 10/10 Sound 7/10( American Trilogy gets annyoing) 10/10 IF that is fixed haha Gameplay 10/10, Minor Balancing here and there Trolling value 10/10 IM DA BOUNCER!!!
Average: 9.5/10 yeah i didnt really feel like doing the math ahaha,
