Thanks, sorry about the tutorial about m3a files, I should do this a week ago, things just messed up these days.
the stuff on the back of aircraft are ribbons in fact. I am going to release the modern war unit model mod, but I still need a few days to finish the works I am dealing with. I am curious that are there some projects in progress have the modern war themes such as sea warfare and aircraft combat.
Hi Jackthearcher, I have uploaded a gif record my manipulation in the cutscene editor, although the UI is in Chinese, but the buttons and entries can be easily corresponded in English version cutscene editor as well, you need to select the model (not the animation layer) before you add the m3a.
Yeah sure. This model is an unarmed character and the gun (or other weapons if you want) is attached to his hand. I can pack these models to you but for now there is no medic backpack, when I finish it you can attach it to his pack as well.
New model again, this time I was too tired to adjust the small errors and details, so this aircraft looks not so good. I will finish it some other day.
Hi guys, if you have time, plz check these animations on Marine Raynor model, for a long time we are looking for more and better animations to these characters of SC2 combat and story units. And here maybe a good solution.
I can achieve the same thing on any of other units (or SM_units), if this animations pack helps, please let me know so that I can start this on other characters. (Actually I have already done this once with the help of PrintIn and GhostNova, but it seems I need to do this one more time, and your suggestions can help the new ones better.)
This animation is rebuilt from the in game models, I copy everything blizzard did in game and redo them in 3dsmax with no innovations, but it shows how blizzard guys organized the particles and textures and animations in the star tools, could be an example to help others to understand their ideas.
(If you need the 3dsmax files, go and ask mseverns, he did the character part.)

Thanks, Just like which unclesatan has pointed out, I still need more practices on this, you know the modeling isn't my adept part. But I am glad to know that we can limit even more time in this progress (I have thought 3 hours is short before, good to know that we can be even faster.)

Thanks to give me more hope on this. You know since there are few model artists working on SC2, I am always looking for faster (and better of course) methods so that I can do more models in same time. Please teach me more so that I can server more mapsters.
I will be extremely excited if you can teach me some Zbrush and sculpture skills. Best wishes.
This how it looks like in SC2, with some clouds and Mr Dustin to add ambience.

please use 3dsmax 2011 instead if it's not difficult.

Thanks, I am pretty sure that nanakey will be happy when she know your assessment. Here is the skybox for nanakey's cutscene background.

ThanksTaylorMouse, I love your D3 Script and Viewer~
New model finished (should use a character to do the animations but I am lazy.)
And there is a nanakey's semi-finished cutscene test.

Thanks guys, the tutorials look good, now we need some time to understand and practice them.
The cloud is also a model which is designed to help cutscene editors. I have made some models similar as skyboxes or backgrouds.
But why you didn't recognize Mr Dustin, he is the protagonist in that screenshot. Dustin will feel sad if you keep ignoring him.
