I would use an Ennumerate Area validator that uses the Target Has Vision Of Source validator. That way the enemy filter is applied by the enumerate area and the targets of that search are then validated for the vision of the source/caster unit.

Put it under the Behavior: Behaviors - Behavior field of the unit. You should find the lair/hatchery etc already has one in that field.

Go to the Abilities data type and check there.

First check the Ability: Commands - State is not set to supressed.
Second check the Show part of any requirements used.
