What I'm trying to do is to add an event in the THEN slot that will add the units into a unit group, but when I try add the units, no variable for a unit group appears. I already have a pre-made unit group, but it doesn't show up.
Hey guys. I've been wondering if an area search can detect Z (up and down). Also, if I were to make an aircraft battle type map, how would I get a ship to rotate up and down?
Nevermind guys, I got it. I made 4 one-shot-model actors and set them to marine attack launch. Then, in the battlecruiser's events, I made them get attached to weapon01, weapon02, weapon10, and weapon11.
I want to add a Marine Attack Launch effect onto the 4 Gatling Guns of the Arcade Battlecruiser. Sadly, the attachments for it only include weapon01 and weapon02. I need weapon01, weapon02, weapon10, weapon11.
I have been having trouble getting this to work. So basically: I want the height brush (not cliff level, but the one with the blue hill icon) to only brush on one cliff level. The option "Sme Cliff Level Only" only works for terrain texturing. Help?
I know, I know. I should post this in the terrain forums. The problem is, barely anyone looks at that section.
So here's the problem: I need to edit the height of a certain cliff level, and ONLY that cliff level. The "Same Cliff Level" option does not work for terrain heights. It only works for textures. Help?
The dialogue sounds that are supposed to be there do not show up. Even when I make a new sound and look in the sound files, they are not there. I need sounds, like the ones Kerrigan says on the Leviathan in the campaign. Look at the the first Sticky in the Cinematic Creation forum and go to 21:36 in the video.

Nevermind, I solved it by myself. It seemed that I had to make my own variable.

You could always change the sensor tower from a structure to a unit. Just change a few things around so that they're immobile and don't turn.

This is like the Zealot and the Prison Zealot. You have to change the fields of ALL the parents AND children to the exact same thing.
Other than that, you can just copy, and not "use parent."

I want a a whole cliff level higher than it usually should be. Is this possible with map options?

No, no. Look in the editor. I want the height BRUSH... look at the icon of the blue mound.

Okay thanks, the problem was that I DID have the compaign dependencies it's just that I needed the "Swarm Story" dependencies as well.
