btw pls add subtitles to final version if there is lots of dialogue. Atleast somekind of optional version with subtitles would be nice (I could imagine some protoss talkers be hard to understand without subtitles, depends on the voice actor/modifications too ofc)
Ok uploaded to 1.5 beta under the name : theWorst ARPG
This is solely for testing purposes. It is really unfinished, but Im hoping to get feedback on the combat atleast (is it too hard, too easy, boring?)...
Oh and if you are gona play it please do it fast. I plan to take it out tomorrow.
You know yourself yourstuff is awesome and looks very professional.
The thing is, it gets less exciting if you just anounce constant minor updates (atleast when showing same stuff almost)
Optimally you would want to release videos when map is nearly finished. I personally like to see how the map is doing, but dont over do it. Just keep on working. Perhaps try to get a test version even so would be easier to see how it feels to play (this is SUPER important, that it has nice smooth feeling to it)
edit* looked the dash video. Looks good, nothing more to say since I cannot play it.

All those sc2mapster presents etc...feel kind of weird to me (and take pretty big part from the video).
Terrain seems decent, nothing suberb. Most units seem to Autoattack. Som nice effects with lightning and planets, but since it has already been seen also doesnt impress that much.
As a teaser. It just shows lots of weird stuff that doesnt make any sense. So it didnt deliver "I must see this" feeling.

Already made couple fixes, but I could still use the feedback. It doesnt have too much content but 15-30mins of gameplay atleast.

My motivation has almost hit the wall again :D. But worry not! Next versions is "almost" ready.
Its still not as good as I want it to be, but I doubt Ill be able to make it much better.
First I thought "its fine to have auto attacking monsters", but its really not. For some games it works, but in my map feels a bit lacking.
So Ill let it be for now. Perhaps Ill try to make more interesting AI even for normal monsters. Lets hope it will slowly turn into a stellar RPG

You can use pathing blockers/terrain deformers to achieve something similar, but it wont be same as clifs.

Well you can prevent it with IF unit is in unit group condition.
or
create unit group variable and remove units from the unit group.
Should be fairly simple
