What did you want to know for? I feel like this probably has something to do with centering text? If that's the case, you can make text center itself by creating a font style with center alignment, and using that font style.
I'm starting to get a little confused as to what you want, specifically. Could you try to rephrase it? Alternatively, you could upload a map containing the triggers in question, and I'm sure I could easily find a solution from there.
If you mean that you simply want the appearance to be different, and not the location of the various components (minimap, abilities, etc.), then you can replace the console models with other models OR remove the models altogether and use SC2Layout files to add background images to serve as frames in a similar capacity.
Also, there is a trigger action "Fade Dialog Item Transparency" that will work on images.
Dialogs always sit in front of the game interface. If you created your interface using SC2Layout files, you will have to add the backgrounds with SC2Layout files as well.
If that is the case, and you add the backgrounds using SC2Layout, then RenderPriority is your friend.
In addition to what Bommes has said, you can have the damage of a weapon change throughout the course of the game using behaviors with Combat Modification values.
It may also be significant to you that the latter dialog item created will be on top by default. If you want the top dialog item to fade away, you will have to create it last.
I've had this issue with the editor that I have ignored for a long time, but I figured that I would finally ask for help.
For some reason, whenever I use the Data module, changing tabs makes it so that I can no longer modify field values. As an example, if I switch tabs from Units to Abilities, I can no longer modify any values. I have to close the entire Data module and open it again to be able to make modifications.
It happens consistently every single time I change tabs. I have also tried saving the map before making changes, but it doesn't work.
Does anybody know what the problem is? I appreciate your time greatly.
Fear not, my friend! I've got a possible solution for you.
Step 1: Go to your data editor and create a new doodad. Base it off a tree or so.
Step 2: When giving it a model, give it the Castanar skybox model.
Step 3: Place it in the middle of your map, possibly adjust size.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit!
I'll have to give this a try. :P Good old underpants gnomes have a great business model.
Unfortunately, I've concluded that Nebuli's right... The Castanar skybox is angled for the default camera angle, and the angle I want to use shows the skybox getting cut off diagonally down the middle of my map.
Guess I'm not going to be able to have it set in space, unfortunately.
If you look at the bottom screenshot, from the perspective of above the board looking down, there is a large triangle of much darker space in the background. It doesn't blend with the brighter space at all, it just cuts off and looks terrible.
This separation is more visible in the upper screenshot.
I just started laying the groundwork of a board game custom game, and have run into a small problem that I have no experience with.
My board is set in space, and the camera angle that I am using is revealing funky lighting issues that are not normally visible. I'm hoping one of you has experience with this and knows how to clean it up.
Here are some pictures demonstrating this:
EDIT: I should clarify that I think it is a lighting issue, but I don't actually know.
The melee update is pathetic IMO... No new buildings, a tiny handfull of new units, and virtually no new upgrades. (Yes, some new upgrades, but also some old ones gone.)
I certainly think that the data editor could have some more flexibility with respect to damage values... Having them scale off of attribute behaviors, etc.

Not sure if this is actually your issue, but don't forget that your map's lighting can affect the appearance of your ground textures.
