Current working max is 100 in the upgrade levels I believe (read it yesterday in this forum). It might be 107, if that didn't change in the past 2 years.
If you make them fake upgrades and detect them with triggers which apply all changes for the player via catalog, you can make unlimited upgrades.
At least that's basically how I made unlimited upgrades...
Fate had problems with the baneblade in his map and Kueken appears to be inactive.
I don't know how much had to be fixed, but I made the helper models disappear and everything seems fine now.
At least you can change the region inside the editor without restarting it. :D
But an interface that makes publishing to every region easier would be awesome...
If author is still here, can someone upload in public map with this. I want to look into source code. Thanks. EDIT: It was done in may 2010, lol and it's still the best inventory system i have ever seen.
It's dialogs, ton of images and not the actual item UI. So it will lag slightly on bnet, but that's fine.
I like my inventory more. It doesn't require submenus. :D
That added 3 charges to my stimpack ability having 3 starting charges and max charges of 9 resulting in 6 charges... =/
So, I see no problem with it right now.

Make your income variable an array.
Then you can do:
Modify income[Triggering Player]: + 4

Check the name of your desired animation in the cutscene editor. Then use set that animation as a "Baseline" for "Stand" in your buiding's actor.
Baselines define which animations units play for standing and moving.

HotS uses the same engine as WoL (actually WoL's one is newer because 2.0.4 > 2.0.3).
If it works in WoL, it will work in HotS...
