For years what was thought to be impossible is now a reality, by using unreal engine with the proper build of FaceFXStudio, an existing .fxa file and a couple hours you can now Lip Sync most SC2 Portraits.
This tutorial contains the entire process and supports Lip Syncing to sound files and Emotion Facial Expressions even for the Protoss
