A small(?) problem with m3 importer plug-in (v1.8) !
I have imported my m3 model in 3dsmax with this plugin and, where is my model???
Ok, I did some test, when "Animate Object" and "Animate Bones" is not checked, i see my model and is good(but animation, doesn't work) !
But when is not checked i don't see my model and animations doesn't work !
Here is the problem :

Are you sure that you're not only displaying the bounding box?
I have not understood, you try to say me, if I just unchecked the "bounding box" in panel MaxScript (M3-Importer) ?
EDIT: Now i see my model correctly with animations, but animations doesn't work correctly, when i launch the animation my model is gradually disappearing
EDIT²: Ok, it is the code of animation importer that doesn't work correctly, i have try with v1.7b plugin but it is same, i will test with the v1.6
Have you tried loading another model? Probably a silly question since you probably have.

edit: oh wait, I just remembered something. Did you skin your attachments to your model? If so, this thing could occur. I suggest you open this model using the previous version, or better yet re-open a backup copy. Don't import, but open the max file instead, remove the attachments from the skin, and make sure everything is not frozen.

no seriously, nothing work... I have delete all .ms file in folder "script" and "plugins" and i put this file : http://www.sc2mapster.com/assets/m3-import-plugin/files/6-m3-import-0-21/ in folder "Script/Startup", i have reboot 3ds max and i have imported my model, but i don't see my model !
When model is loading, i see my model ! but when is finishing i don't see... is not hide or frozen !
Ok, now i have put only file M3 plugins for 3ds max v1.8 in folders... And not works (when all box is checked)...
And when i uncheck "animate Objects" it's work fine... look:
Skinning your attachments to the model breaks things. You might have to redo the animations. You can do this by deleting the file anim_data (or something like that. I can't remember the name.)
Do you see that Box icon with a pointer below the "Groupe" menu? Beside it is a list icon with a cursor. Click that and find the object that has anim_data. Delete and resave.
Wait, so where's your original .max file? The one where you made this model and export from? Why don't you use that instead?
If you have your original max file, just unskin the attachment and your animations should be fine upon exporting.

Yes is M3_anim_data and i have remove this.
No, it's a model to wow model viewer exported to format .m3, and not model created by me.
Yes i can save to format .m2 and it's work fine! But in the .m2 file, there are only 1 animation ! And me i want other animation :)
EDIT:
But what I find strange is that the first use, the animation had no problem ! And when i have put the plugin v1.8 nothing works... It's very strange lol !
ps: I have 3ds max 2011 it maybe causing the problem?

Have you also installed the plugins that came with the scripts? Maybe you have the old plugin still in use.

No, i have delete the other plug-ins, i have only file of v1.8 plugin in my folder "Scripts".
