You can download the mod file from my website and add it as a local dependency if you wish to view the mod with the map. You may need to use the localizer available at SC2Mapster in order to view the text.

I will double check with my host. He sounded pretty confident that it's up and has played it with several people.
It is possible that he hosted it accidentally as private. I will update this as soon as I have an answer.
