i like the idea to not be able to push all the time cause of buying. it gives the opponents a opportunitie to push back.
the most boring thing is to sit in front of the enemy base and just wait/farm creeps to get the weapons powerfull enough to destroy the base (especially if the whole enemy team quited and is played by bots). if u then bought the weapons and come back, most of the time the enemys dont sit behind their turrets so you can actually fight them and not stay out of turret range (wich is very strong early, but is good).
about the winning when both lookout tower are down. i think its kind of confusing, especially for beginners, it just lacks the feeling of "oh wow, we destroyed the enemy base". currently it more feels like "oh... the turret is down.... but i wanted to fight that big huge headquater while trying not to die to the defender".
i know the game is over when the lookout tower are down, but that few 1-5 minutes it takes to kill the headquater makes the game feel better
i play all time ur map ,and found some more bug and have some more idear for u :)
Homebase :
by upgrade do a becon with repair or make new turret to defense the base ,mabey upgrade turrets too ,like
25.000 credits for flameturret makes 120 dmg and has 12.500 healthpoints,
like this :) in 4 steps
one more nice idea will be fix the bug that u cant respawn in middle of the game -.- dont know how it works but many people have this problem by today -,-
so wish good luck and if u wish more ideas ask me :D i will help u ;>
Add a teleport mechanism or a "pet" that can shop for you. Many players decide to go shopping when they're at the enemy's doorstep, taking sometimes 2-3 minutes (about 30-45 seconds of that is travel time). The simplest implementation would probably be a 10-sec channelable teleport to any control point your team owns.
Recall is enough. If people don't take turns shopping and go 2-3 at the same time it's their own fault for losing a node.
I just encountered another bug:
Mech type - Hellion
Location - other team's base, at the central landing zone
I died and all my items dropped on the floor. I did not respawn. Another player in the game also dropped all items and didn't respawn at some point. Also Hellion.

3 players (including me) had the same problem in a match I just played.
Typically only experienced players will know to only go one at a time, but most games are filled with all sorts of first timers.
Well, people spending 50% of the game in the base are more annoying. I don't get why some people think it's a good idea to go to base every 3rd min or so.
I've just spent the last 5 hours re-creating the resurrection trigger to something that should be completely infallible. There's also a data fallback incase something goes wrong.
Please let me know if you still manage to encounter the resurrection bug, so I can hang myself!
I have a minor fix patch coming up with one major twist.
Instead of having to return to your base to upgrade your items, you just left click them. Left clicking a level 1 armour will turn it into a level 2 piece, assuming you have the required resources. Simple.
I have plenty of improvements planned for the inventory system.
Right now however, I'm just trying to make this current 1.1 version stable.
Thank you for your feedback though, it's always appreciated! I do have plenty of things in mind to decide the victor quicker.
Resurrection should be fixed. The kills part of the leaderboard still needs to be fixed.

Leaderboard should be fixed. This should tie up the last of the critical bugs that 1.1 brought.

Confirmed, leaderboard is working fine.

I think most players would certainly prefer a shorter game.

Fixed in 1.40? I think I've been playing 1.38.

As soon as I get things stable, I'll be working on some changes that will make visits to the base much less required.
Basically I'm going to make items upgradeable in your inventory by left clicking them. You just buy a level 1 cannon and can upgrade it when you want.
slippery slope incomming...
1.40 still has spawn bug.
Alright. I'm just going to replace the respawn system entirely. Raiding right now so it might not be soon.
Damn, its pretty hard to sustain popularity with this damn bugs came. Why the hell that happened... Blizzard messing with the Editor again...

Hang yourself?
Don't you mean go lynch mob Blizz HQ? :P
Also, respawn system seems to be working fine.
One minor change: when you die, your turrets stay.

I should have this up and running today.
so in other words base is becoming less usefull D:
Well that was one of the goals.
My aims were as follows;
1) To let people spend less time shopping and more time killing.
2) To make upgrading equipment easier.
The shops look a little bare now however. At least this gives me a lot of room to add new things.
Respawn bug:
Also, drones survive if you die.
