On the DeviantArt I found one very nice and awesome fan-art with "real-life" Sarah Kerrigan byertacaltinoz (original art). BroodWar cover recreation. Based on official Jim Raynor's wallpaper (we can see it all times, if we start SC2:WoL game).
I've slighty edited original fan-art: added flame eyes and completely closing the mouth (in the original you can see teeth), zerg top and bottom interface, recolored from toxin-greeny to orange-grey :)
*removed, because ertacaltinoz disliked it and wanted to remove this reworked artwork. Now I can provide you this wallpaper only with PM*
Changing ingame startup loading screen
[/CENTER]
1) You need to change only one file
2) Download loading screen with HotSor WoLsubtitles *links removed*
3) Open file \StarCraft II\Mods\Core.SC2Mod\base.SC2Assets with any MPQ Editor
4) In this file go to Assets\Textures and replace startupimage.dds with new file. Make backup, if u want to change back!
5) Close MPQ Editor!
6) Launch SC2 with new loading screen with Kerrigan instead Jim Raynor.
This loading screen replacement for your own risk.
Could you do one for Zeratul and Legacy of the Void, too? (And also the normal WoL logo)
I was thinking of adding a randomizing loading screen to my mod, and have all 3 characters show up randomly...That would be pretty neat, I think.
I'm pretty sure that's against the Terms of Service. You cannot change the core MPQ files like that. Warden could potentially flag you as having changed your client.
I'm just stating that you're doing something against the ToS. If, for any reason, you're suspected of hacking and Blizzard checks you up, they're going to find that you've meddled with the Game Files making it even more difficult for you to prove your innocence.
Furthermore, remember that instead of changing the loading screen, I could use the exact same method to, say, add a Warp in Immortal to the Warpgate's command card. And we all know how that ended.
To be safe, you should never change the game's MPQs.
"Playing StarCraft II legitimately means playing with an unaltered game client. Doing otherwise violates our policies for Battle.net,"
Edit 2: Don't get me wrong. I appreciate your effort in making a nice piece of artwork. But I think it's better if you encourage users to use it for their custom maps rather than alter the game client.

Editing ingame programm code, changing game textures for ANY advatanges ingame, etc - CHEATS and HACKS
Changing ingame loading screen or Zerg queen voice - there are no hacks or cheats. A lot peoples in World of Warcraft played a lot years with CUSTOM models and they never got banned
Again, this is just to provide a nice loading screen, or wallpaper. Use it in the game file at your own risks. If its not really giving you any advantages, its not cheating. But modifying the client will be called hacking
(Editing some sounds voice technically can give you advantages btw)

Changing Zerg voice from queen to Overmind - ADVATANGE?!
Modifying the client is... modifying client.
Hacking:
- maphacks
- trainers
- cheats
- using old interface buttons, that aren't on UI (like immortal warp or range upgrade for immortals), I've already seen this cheating on youtube.
Also, we will see. I've said in all topics about "your own risk, etc". Some peoples can't play with original queen's voice and changed to Overmind, and they're waiting for ban (they're said in topic, that they will post, if they will be banned (in Russia SC2 has less cost with with monthly payment after 4 and 12 months)). Peoples want better SC2, they're like Zergs, but don't like their crappy queen voice.

this. just don't do it if you like your account.
every change to the mpqs is a cheat. point. no discussion needed

Yes it is. In a competitive game such as SC2. For example, some alert that make itself more noticeable to you (under attack, research completed) than normal ppl do, its cheating. If i want to cheat, i would change the voice file that nydus worm pop up/nuke launch to be louder, all unit mumble nothing more than their name, cloaking unit attack/cloak effects sounds more noticeable, etc...

Hey Existor, do you mind if I use this image for a loading screen for a custom map?
@TheSkyRa: Go
If you want, I can make version for you without copyrights (blizz logo, etc)
P.S. But if your map will be good as Blizzard ^_^
@Existor371: Go
Thanks, I'll try to make a trigger in the end of the game as credits and make sure you get the credit for making it. :)
HAHA love it!
.*DROOLS* :D
Original art by ertacaltinoz from DeviantArt, remember it too
OMFG. That is bad ass.
Great job!

Prooflink about Blizzards, that have been banned any player for changing sounds or loading screen.

Edit: Here's a quote from the very recent "Cheating in StarCraft II" article (http://eu.battle.net/sc2/en/blog/656665#blog) on the official Battle.net website:

And, please, EDIT THE NEWS ABOUT THIS TOPIC. I'm not quthor of this artwork, I've only slighty reworked it for SC2 style, nothing more

Just to add my input. The pic is nice, but not something I`d replace with. Kerrigan should look more Sexy. Doesn`t come across in that pic.
Edit: It doesn`t really look like Kerrigan. Looks kinda too evil
