Get this plugin, install it (should be extracting in plugins folder, better look for that on this homepage)
Save file with ending ".dds". A window will pop up and you can save it with the settings you chose.

i tried for a while to get the plugin, unfortuanatly, i tried downloading everything, but all the files require me to extract files, and when i do, the file still is the same, but doesn't work, can someone PLEASE HELP GIVE ME INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD THE CONVERTER, OR ATLEAST FIND WHICH THING I AM DOWNLOADING BEFORE I GIVE UP. thank you :P

also, it says i don't have "libgimp 2.0.0" what is this, and how can i get this onto my computer? is this just a version of gimp? i just downloaded gimp 2.0.9

whats this paint? it isn't the same as miocrosoft paint is it? that thing has no transparent so me no like :( and MS paint has no dds conversion.

Can someone turn this texture into a wall paper, so instead of Rubble, i want a sort of wallpaper for a house. not too bright.

I won't be using any of the Broken bits, i merely will use the one that's whole.
I can convert it to .dds myself, but if you would like to that'd be fine.

ty, however, this paint.net is just the same as gimp, i still struggle to find the right plug-in to covert my .jpg files into .dds files could you suggest somewhere for me to go to download these? the gimp website confuses me :S

paint.net is just the same as GIMP........

I suggest GIMP. It's my favorite evar
