I have made one myself. (it fits with the other Zerg icons, as it is colored the same way) Perhaps someone with the proper tools could convert it to a .dds with transparent background?
I could use the following icons (I'm sure these would help many people actually):
Miner, Colonist, Prisoner, Scientist
It would also be nice to get an icon for the Zhakul'das Library (unburrowed), but I know that one's a little awkward since it doesn't have a wireframe.
If anybody wishes to create those icons, I'd be willing to rip their wireframes from the SC2 MPQs.
I was able to make some icons out of their static portraits. They look good but simply don't fit in with the other full-body icons.
Hey, I searched on mapster but couldnt find the Dark Colossus and Dark Phoenix textures (I was pretty sure someone made them)... Are you guys able to make them? Thx in advance.
I may be in the wrong section but I was looking for help changing the avatar's of the units in the center bottom box. i.e. if you have a goliath selected in the center bottom there is a green 3d image of the unit. This image changes colors based on its damage. I would like to take that one step further and have the arm, back, legs, and front change color based on damage. So there could be a green front yellow left arm and red right arm.
I believe I would need the same image with the colors set for each scenario, but I do not know how to extract the image to change it, and then import it back.
could someone teach me where i can go to make my own? what do i need? this is basically what i could do all day ^^ i have used paint alot for my own games, but i can't make images of this scale, could anyone help?

These images are called wireframes. Just export them in the data editor (press view image, right clock export)
blizzard removed what you want in a very early beta or late alpha. it is now always a gray image with auto changing colors.
