We're looking for a group of fun and passionate commentators to live cast SotIS matches on the weekends. If you're interested in casting our games on the weekends, feel free to post here to introduce yourself and your previous experience of commentating! Thanks!
People should refrain from posting their opinions when they're not asked for. It makes you look rude.
On topic, I don't think you'll find many commentators here. Most of the community is rather quiet generally. You should try TeamLiquid, they even have a section for DotA games and I'm sure plenty of the frequenters there have played SotIS.
At least he was being more helpful than me. If you've watched around the community here we aren't all too fond of SotIS or dota clones in general. So he might as well go to another site to try and find someone who does enjoy sotis. The people that would commentate here probably won't speak up because that means they like sotis and those that don't care are just too quite to really want to be a voice of some popular thing. Really the reason Triggering tuesday hasn't been filled isn't because dogmai is busy it's because a lot of others don't want to be put in front of everyone talking. I would probably do my own section on saturday, I'm sure Moz would go for the idea but I don't want to do it because I don't want to be talking to everyone or no one and sound like an idiot talking to a brick wall. It takes guts to talk on a stream or commentate. I doubt the people that do want their voice heard want it heard through commentating and more through teaching people about the editor.
I agree with Eiviyn as well, another site might be better. But also playsotis has it's own forums, are you asking there for commentators?
The 3rd post of the thread has a link to the SOTIS forums where they are looking for commenators. Thus half of the replies in this thread are pointless and the other half are troll/rage posts. Ignoring the couple of posts that were helpful, the rest of you baffle me.
Is this really how you want people to reply to your thread(s) when you try to make a community for your map(s)?
"Looking for commentators for TOFU!"
Your map sucks. . .
"Looking for. . ."
No, your map sucks too
"Looking. . ."
GTFO, we don't like your map, go somewhere else.
I hate SOTIS, personally, but I'm not going to discourage them from trying to make a community. . .
BTW, as mentioned, try TeamLiquid and HiveWorkshop. They consistently have a large amount of traffic.

ekcolnovkol is the creator of SotIS.
Why do you need commentators? There's nothing to commentate on.
+1
Dota is fun to play but shit to watch ... Sotis is meh to play so I am gonna throw it out as even shittier than Dota to watch ...
AoS maps are not good streaming material ... too many lanes, too much going on ...

Sorry, force of habit; I 'don't' like how you totally ignored what Molesterr said
I really don't get this sort of thing...
When you wrote that you felt smart? Funny? Kewl?
By your standards, you should definately apply.

In this thread there are lazy blind people. . .
