Eeehhh... Does a game company actually have the right to write all kinds of crap in there? Like things you have to do, that you have to pay them money etc...?

Yes, but we all know that if they do that, their intentions wouldn't be good. They would be trying to deceive you, and that would make them lose on court (unless the judge is an asshole or your lawyer sucks).
Every term of use says pretty much that you have no rights and they can f$@$ you. But companies still lose sometimes for people who agreed with the terms. It's all about intentions.
If I had to write the terms of use from a big company, I'd probably put something like "You agree to never play Starcraft again if a pink zergling shows up in your room and jumps over your bed for 3 hours straight non stop before being attacked by a marine." If nobody says anything, that's your proof that nobody reads it.
I mean at all? Just wondering if anyone out there reads it... Because I used to read them o-o.
Sometimes, if I care enough, I'll scroll and skim through them.
Never did. Probably never will. Hopefully it doesn't turn out like in south park. Lol
