I wanted to find something out. I searched it in google. Didnt find anything good. Searched for it in photoshop... Again, didnt find anything.
So I'm searching for this "filter", well i think it should be in the filter section. It makes all these lines appear in the area you selected. Those lines are I think rotated 45 degrees. It is being used a lot in photoshoped singatures. I don't even know how to call it...
So please, if someone has an idea of what I'm talking about, please tell me :)
Also it would be awesome if someone commented on my sig. Rate it or something like that. I'd like it :P
I actually don't even know if it's a filter, or you have to make them lines yourself, I guessed. The same thing goes to your signature. "The artisan member".
I use CS2 and I can't remember specifically how to do it, but there is a way you can draw a simple pixel pattern to the grid in photoshop and that's where you see stuff like that come into play
They are called scan lines, and are custom made. Or you can go on Deviantart.com and download a set of Brushes.
To make scan lines, open up photoshop in a file that is a 3x3 that is 9 boxes, then make sure it is transparent, after that change your brush tool to the pencil tool. From there you should have black as your forground color or whatever color you want to make the scan lines. Make 3 dots that are diagonal pattern. Or whatever pattern you would like. Then you go to edit > define pattern press ok. Finally, go back to your signature, and make a new layer. From the new layer say fill pattern. Then fool around with the layer opacity, or take an eraser and erase what you don't like or that hides the render from the signtuare. I hope this helps.

Saki

Your signature is very... trolly. But as far as the filter thing goes... Could you possibly explain with pictures?
It's trolly, because... Well, look at my name (duh..) Also I'm new to photoshop, so it's kinda lameyish.
It's an example of what i had in mind, i didn't make it.
