I'm trying to test my map on the new patch, but I can't since Battle.net is down. Every time I load my computer, I MUST authenticate to battle.net to use the editor. This is... dumb. I thought we could use the editor as much as we want! Anyone have a fix for this?
I think this is a bug - similar to the one that stops you playing the game in offline mode if the servers are down. Of course, they said they were going to fix that in this patch...
i used to have to put my password in every time i started the editor, but now i only have to do it once a day. i like it now i can play starcraft 2 and use the map editor at the same time. if i log into starcraft the map editor wont ask me for my password

It's either a bug, or they are out of their mind.

A bug jump out of their mind
Yeah, same for me since 3 weeks or so... I have to login each time I start the editor after a PC (re)boot and each time I want to publish a map.
I never have to do it unless I want to publish.
Really? Tell me your secret.
Me too.

I have to do it every pc reboot unless i was already on bnet in the game client in that period of my pc being on.

I have to re-authenticate everytime I start the editor after a fresh pc startup. I hope they fix this :)
